Hey lukrus21,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardHey NicomIT,
I get a 404 error on the login page? I’m sorry but we cannot edit our host file only to access your site, could you publish it somewhere temporary maybe?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
jQuery is needed to load a lot of the elements generated by the theme, there is a reason as to why it’s loaded in the header :-)
You might find useful information in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/seo-google-page-insights-blocking-rendering-ressources-above-the-fold/

RikardHi,
Without the database I don’t think you can do much unfortunately. Do you still have access to the old site? If so then try to export all your content and then import it to the new site. Your best option though would be to export the database from phpMyAdmin and import it using the same option.

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. Please let us know how you get on with it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can download it from your Themeforest account, that is always the latest version: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardNovember 2, 2017 at 1:27 pm in reply to: Advanced Layout Editor Wipes Entirely WordPress Blog Post Interface #871643Hi Mike,
You can do with the Layout Builder for most elements you listed. The date and author are not possible at the moment though. A way around this behaviour would be to switch to the default editor and save the post while that is active. That should bring in all the “default” elements.

Great, we’ll keep the thread open in case you should have any further questions or problems after disallowing that folder.

RikardNovember 2, 2017 at 12:20 pm in reply to: The visual text editor and duplicates in the new woocommerce #871619Hi,
I deactivated all plugins but that was not the issue it seems. There are some error messages on the pages, but I’m not sure what is causing them unfortunately. Could you try to do these things please:
- Update all plugins
- Reinstall WordPress (under Dashboard->Updates)
- Overwrite all theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardHi Michael,
Thanks for the feedback. I checked on iphone6/chrome and it’s working like it should, are you sure that you cleared the browser cache from your mobile device browser?

Thanks for the feedback, I’m not really sure why your menu is hidden but please try this in Quick CSS:
.html_burger_menu_active .menu-item { display: block !important; }Best regards,
RikardHey Martin,
Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, we don’t have any spanish speaking moderators so if you could continue in english then we’d appreciate that :)
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the details, I put your content in a 1/5 3/5 1/5 layout instead, I think that works better?
Best regards,
RikardHi Marco,
It looks like you are running an old version of the theme, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
If that doesn’t work then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,

RikardNovember 2, 2017 at 8:57 am in reply to: The links in my portfolio entries do not work or appear #871557Hi,
Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardHey Nicoletta_DUS,
Did you try to click the Check Manually link in the theme options? If that doesn’t work then you could try running a plugin like this to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/. If that doesn’t work either then it might not be possible to receive automatic updates on the server where you are hosting your site, and you might need to update manually via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry but I’m not sure what you mean by your last reply, could you try to explain a bit further please? Also, this is more of a general WordPress question, maybe you could try to search for your problem in a search engine?

I can’t see that result on my end, I see 3 images on the last row and they are aligned left. Could you post a screenshot of the problem and in what browser you are seeing it please? You can upload the screenshot to a service like dropbox or google drive and then link to it here.
Best regards,
