Hi,

I deactivated all plugins and it started working again, so it’s due to one or more of your plugins. Could you try to deactivate all of them then activate them one by one to see which one is causing the problem?

Hi,

Thanks for the login details. You are getting a 404 error on this file: admin-ajax.php, could you check to verify that the file is present in your WordPress installation? If it it, then I would contact the hosting provider to see why the server is returning a 404 error on the file.

I’m sure it would be possible, but that would be out of scope for theme support unfortunately. Also, we don’t support Visual Composer.

Hey jovankau,

You are running a very old version of the theme which is not compatible with never versions of WordPress. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

I would advise that you perform the update on a staging copy of the site first before updating the production site. If you should need help in doing so then I recommend that you contact a service like SteadyWP.

Thanks for that, though I’m getting a 403 error on the login page. I tried changing my IP using VPN as well but that didn’t make a difference. Is your login URL only accessible from Israel maybe?

Hey eva,

Do you mean the one on the right hand side which has a dark grey background? If so then that is not part of the theme, the one part of theme is on the left hand side of your site and seems to be working as it should.

You can use one of you own, or (Email address hidden if logged out) . All we need is the user and password to be able to login though, make sure that you post those details in private so that all moderators can access them. Don’t forget the login URL either :)

Hi,

I tried clearing the cache from your caching plugin but that didn’t seem to help, I’m guessing it’s cached somewhere else. If you manually want to override this you can try to add this to Quick CSS:
```
.container {
    max-width: 1410px !important;
}
```
