Hey vadikcoma,
I don’t think that will work since the ID’s are duplicate like you pointed out, I think you will need unique ID’s for mobile and probably a second sub menu as well.
Best regards,
RikardHey designhousegroup,
Maybe you could try to add your content to header widget? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/
If you should need any further help then please post a link to your site so that we can have a closer look.

RikardHey Sarah Mullin,
Sorry to hear about that, not a very nice policy of the company you are describing. It’s unfortunately almost impossible for us to stop behaviour like that.
About the update; I would recommend that you create a staging copy of the site and update there first, then you can deal with any problems there instead of on the production site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, I can log in but I can’t access the backend. I get redirected to my-account, how can we access the backend?

If the code achieves what you want then I don’t see any problem with it :-)

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardHey skunitz22,
Are you using the Layout Builder to create your post? If so then that behaviour is the intended one. If you use the Layout Builder then you will have to add all content to the post manually, including the Featured Image.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, though the login details are not working. Could you check and verify please?

Hi Martin,
Great, just let us know if you should need any further help on the topic. Thanks @guenni007 for helping out :-)

RikardHi,
You only need to run that plugin once and then you can uninstall it. WordPress updates are not fetched from the same location as our theme updates, they come from Themeforest/Envato, and it’s their system we rely on. It really has nothing to do with the theme, so we have no control over it unfortunately.

RikardNovember 3, 2017 at 9:31 am in reply to: The visual text editor and duplicates in the new woocommerce #872038Hi,
I’ve been checking the page in private since you posted your problem, and now the text block on that page is working as it should. Maybe something you did actually did work? If not then please specify exactly where the problem is occurring.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see that you had a default theme active, so I activated Enfold and everything seems to be working as it should. Could you have a look at your site please?

RikardHi abortolotti,
The fix which Tom shared should work, could you try it out please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I deactivated all plugins and it started working again, so it’s due to one or more of your plugins. Could you try to deactivate all of them then activate them one by one to see which one is causing the problem?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. You are getting a 404 error on this file: admin-ajax.php, could you check to verify that the file is present in your WordPress installation? If it it, then I would contact the hosting provider to see why the server is returning a 404 error on the file.

RikardNovember 3, 2017 at 9:02 am in reply to: Add data-background-colour to div with class avia-section #872025Hey marcomila,
I’m sure it would be possible, but that would be out of scope for theme support unfortunately. Also, we don’t support Visual Composer.
