There’s no functionality for that by default in the theme unfortunately. You would have to look at a dedicated contact form plugin instead.

Hi,

That looks like a server access log, there are no errors or clues for us to follow unfortunately. You might want to ask your hosting provider for further help, as they should be in a better position to help you out with this problem.

Saved templates does not change settings in the Layout menu, they have to be set manually.
