That is default browser behaviour, it has nothing to do with theme. I’m not sure if it’s even possible to change between alt and title to be honest.

Maybe it was due to local cache in your browser, it’s likely since it worked for Nikko. Or maybe the demo was imported even though you got the error message.

All pages are added to the menu by default if no menu as been assigned under Appearance->Menus.
