Hi,

I tried deactivating all plugins but I got the same results as you. Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Just change the id to the id of your slider.

Hi,

Yes, those plugins have functionality for your site, but we’re asking you to deactivate them for testing purposes, you can turn them back on after you have have tested that there is no conflict or caching issues.

Hey tenstepit,

I’m not sure what you mean, but the theme has nothing to do with where you link to. If you manually insert a link to somewhere it won’t change automatically. If that is not what you mean then please try to explain a bit further. Also, don’t forget to change your site URL to reflect your new URL under Settings->General in WordPress.

Thanks for sharing. We don’t know what is causing this at the moment, it’s likely related to the 4.9 update so rolling back a version 4.8.3 might help.

All the fonts used in the demo are Google fonts, so you should be able to simply select them in the theme options. Did you try that out?

Hi,

Your hosting provider should be able to check the error log for you, 500 internal server error is very general and it basically only says “something went wrong” and it doesn’t tell us anything. I would recommend that you copy your site to a staging area and perform the update there first. One thing you could try out would be to increase the memory allocated to PHP on your installation: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

3. One license is only valid for one domain, but you can have several sites on the same domain.

4. License for the theme is for life, but support you need to extend every 6 months or 1 year.
