Some loss of image data is inevitable when setting them as backgrounds unfortunately. If you are concerned about the resolution then please check resolution on the right hand side of your screen when adding the image from the gallery.

Maybe it would be easier if you imported the demo and play around with it instead? We don’t have any tutorials on how they are set up unfortunately.

That is up to you, but you should probably not put too much content on each page.

Did you try clearing the cache from your caching plugin? If that doesn’t help then please post screenshots of the issues and how we can reproduce them.

Why can’t you open the logs? If we don’t know what’s in them they are not much use to be honest. You can upload them to Dropbox for instance and link to them here.
