    Hello,

    When inserting a HUGE 5000px x 300px image in a Color Section-Section Background-Custom Image, it is minimized to nearly nothing when Enfold renders. Selecting “Tile” or “Stretch” or “Fit” distorts the image horribly.

    How do I insert a header image that “just fits”? What are the recommended pixel sizes for these images?

    Hey ericthomasnet,

    Some loss of image data is inevitable when setting them as backgrounds unfortunately. If you are concerned about the resolution then please check resolution on the right hand side of your screen when adding the image from the gallery.

    If you should need any further help then please post a link to where we can see the problem.

    Thank you for the response Rikard. What are the suggested resolutions for images in the Enfold theme?

    Hi,

    Any size you add, will be resized.
    Even if you add the ” perfect ” size, in the end it will still crop and resize the images based on what is required.
