Hi,
Thanks for that, though the login page is not working. I get redirected to the URL in private, which is a 404 page. Could you check please?
Best regards,
RikardHey helban,
Your site is under construction so we can’t see it, post login details in private and try to explain a bit further what you are looking to achieve.
Best regards,
RikardHey Gabi,
I’m not sure I understand your question, what exactly are you having problems with?
Best regards,
RikardHey willemb2,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.content { padding:0 !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
I can’t see that on my end either so I think you are getting cached results, did you try an incognito window using Chrome?
Best regards,
RikardHey richardhofer83,
Could you post a link to the page in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, I checked the URL in private but it leads to a 404 page. Are you sure that file exists in that location?
Best regards,
RikardHey cbaser,
Did you try to set the vertical align of your content to top in the element options?
Best regards,
RikardHey PattyLJ,
Thanks for the login details. Are you referring to the page in private? Did you try clearing the cache from your caching plugin? Did you try to disable the other page builders you have installed on the site?
Best regards,
RikardHi Jelle,
Great, glad you got it working and thanks for the feedback. I’ll close this thread for now. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
RikardHey Maw87,
Thanks for the login details. Did you try clearing the cache from your caching plugins? If that doesn’t work then please try deactivating all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them.

I’ve never heard of that plugin before, and we can’t be compatible with all plugins out there unfortunately. Did you try deactivating it to see if the problems goes away then?

Maybe a plugin like this would help you out with that? https://wordpress.org/plugins/zen-menu-logic/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.home .avia-builder-el-2 .avia_textblock p { line-height:20px !important; }Best regards,
RikardHey Tom,
Your screenshot is not displaying, could you check the URL? Also please post a link to your site so that we can have a closer look.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback. I’m not sure if it’s the cause or not, but it could be the user which is the problem. Could you try adding another admin user and log in with that to see if the problem still occurs?

RikardJanuary 4, 2018 at 6:07 am in reply to: Adding "background" image at the top of the blog (enfold 2017 "blog modern") #893104Hey John,
You can do that using a Color Section element. We can give you the shortcodes for that page only so that you can import it to see how it’s set up.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Lazy load for that element won’t work as the script which controls the size of the images need to be loaded in the header which your caching plugin blocks.

Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHey onegirlrtw,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.av-magazine-top-heading { font-weight:400 !important; font-size:30px !important; }Best regards,
RikardHey sebasdelgado,
I used Google Translate to translate your message, we don’t have any spanish speaking moderators unfortunately. Are you having problems with the order of your blog posts? If so then please post a link to your site so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHey Jason,
No that is not possible unfortunately, what you could do is to import the 2017 demo and then simply replace the demo content with your own. I think that would be the easiest option.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’m not sure I understand your problem, could you try to explain a bit further please?

RikardHi Gary,
Thanks for the feedback, are you getting the same error message if you activate one of the default WordPress themes?
Best regards,
RikardHey Nicola,
We are here to help you out with any problems you might have with Enfold, we can’t help you out with setting us WordPress installations unfortunately. Setting up WordPress installations shouldn’t take you many minutes though?
