You are running Enfold, but the version is old, so it would be a good idea to update since it might not be compatible with newer versions of WordPress. Updating might affect things on your site yes, exactly what is very difficult for us to say though. I would recommend that you copy the site to a local or staging environment first and perform the update there, so that you can look for problems there instead of on your production site.

There is nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately, did you try looking for plugin which might add that for you? I’m not aware of any so I can’t recommend anything.
