Hey alsonjonsolutions,
Thanks for the link. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.1) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardHey topmedialab,
I think that CSS should work, did you clear the cache from your caching plugin after adding it?

Could you post a link to where we can see the actual problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Ben,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling to place the mobile menu on the left:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { nav.main_menu { left:0 !important; } }

RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback, I don’t know why it’s only happening when using Enfold, but if this was a general issue with theme, then all users would experience it, and that is not the case. So it’s likely that the theme doesn’t play all that well with the server environment in question. You mentioned that you hosting provider pinpointed the problem, could you be a bit more specific as to what they found and how it could be resolved maybe? What exactly in the theme is causing this to not work?

RikardHi,
Of course we have local test installations, where do you think I’m getting the code from? But since none of the code I have sent you is working, and I can’t view your site, then what options do we have left?

You have open html markup in your content:
<strong>Fisk och Skaldjursrätter<strong>
That should be closed properly, it breaks the builder otherwise:
<strong>Fisk och Skaldjursrätter</strong>
All the headers on that line have the same problem.

RikardHey Asgeir,
Thanks for the login details, though I’m not sure I understand what you mean by that, did you try to set padding to the element in the options? On which page can we see the element in question?

I’m seeing the same problem on my end in Chrome, please try this in Quick CSS:
#header_meta .sub_menu { top: -15px !important; }

RikardHey shalenie,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1400px) { #av-layout-grid-1 .avia-animated-number-title span, #av-layout-grid-1 .avia-animated-number-content p { font-size:18px !important; } }

I haven’t heard of any problem like that with the latest version, could you try to explain the problem a bit further please? Or maybe we can see it live somewhere?

RikardHi,
Great, looks better now. Your social media widget looks a bit squeezed together though, maybe you want to change that somehow?
Best regards,
RikardHey Picante,
It stays within the contain width, which looks to be 96% on your site. Do you want to set the header container width to a fixed pixel value maybe? If so, then which value?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Do you need to adjust that for mobile only as well? If so then please try this in Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .read-more-link { font-size:12px !important; } }
Best regards,
RikardHi,
In general, everything is possible, but to replicate that menu in Enfold might take some effort. It’s hard to make an estimate but I would say it would take approximately 2-4 hours to adjust the menu that way.

RikardHey spalta,

Thanks for the link, though I’m not sure I understand which elements you are referring to. I couldn’t see anything on the page displaying 3 on one row and 2 on the next. Could you post a screenshot of the problem please?

Yes you are right, it’s a bit different. It’s not the same.

Thanks for the feedback, the background image looks to be adapting fine on my end though. Please note that background images cannot look exactly the same on every screen size. It looks like you have selected a low quality image though, you can select a higher resolution image when selecting it from the media library, the option is on the right hand side of then screen when you pick the image.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You are running Enfold, but the version is old, so it would be a good idea to update since it might not be compatible with newer versions of WordPress. Updating might affect things on your site yes, exactly what is very difficult for us to say though. I would recommend that you copy the site to a local or staging environment first and perform the update there, so that you can look for problems there instead of on your production site.
