Hi Thomas,

Are you running a child theme? If you are then the answer is no, if you are not then yes, it will be overwritten if you have added it to one of the default CSS files. If you have added it to Quick CSS then it should be safe. But you should always backup your site before updating anything, regardless of what you are updating.

We could help you out here, but we will need some sort of proof of purchase if you have that? Also, at some point you will need to get access to Themeforest, otherwise you won’t be able to access downloads. So you might want to get access first and then register at the support forum?

Hi Chris,

I tried some different solution yesterday but I couldn’t make it look nice unfortunately. If you are ok with leaving the menu like it is then I think your users will understand that the mobile menu is accessible via that icon, it has become web standard more or less.

Enfold is compatible with the lower versions of php7, we have had some problems with 7.2 though. Could you post admin login details to the with problems so that we can have a closer look please?

Your hosting provider might have changed something to block the automatic update coming through, I’m not sure exactly what it could be but it might be worth asking them why automatic updates from Envato are not shown on the site.
