Hi,

Thanks for the feedback, I think it would be better if you used a Color Section element instead though. You can set the image as a background to it. Then you can drag a Special Heading element into the Color Section.

Hi Craig,

Yes you would have to recreate the site unfortunately, but that should be fairly easy using the layout builder in Enfold. Transferring your domain should not be that difficult either, you will likely only have to point the site to your new hosts DNS servers.

Thanks for that, though the link you posted is only redirecting me to the home page, so I’m still not sure exactly what you are trying to upload? Since you contacted us, I’m guessing you have purchased one of our themes? If so then please try to upload the file under Appearance->Themes instead of Plugins. We only sell themes, not plugins :-)

Our themes are only sold through Envato/Themeforest, so you are correct about that part. Maybe you could try to request a new password here? You can purchase extended support once you are logged into Themeforest.

Did you check the permalinks of the two pages, you will have to completely delete the old page (from the trash) for the permalink to be available for a new page. If you want to make a copy of a page then you can enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/.

The best way to do that would be to remove the text from the background image and add it using a Special Header element instead. Please try that out.

The choices available to you are the option you see in the theme options, if you want something additional it would have to be done with custom code. The menu is the same as the desktop menu yes.

Thanks for you interest in our theme, the site you like is using Enfold. If you would like to buy it then you can do so here.

I’m not sure what escape rooms are, but if you need booking solution then should be able to achieve that using WooCommerce and possibly another plugins in combination with that.
