Hi again,

Just a side note; you might want to consider copying your site to a staging site on the same server and perform the updates there first. That means you don’t have to risk downtime on your production site and we can see the actual problem as well.

Hi,

Thanks for that, so the problem is that the Masonry Gallery element inside of the posts are not showing, right? I’m seeing a bunch of error messages related to your other layout builder (thrive), could you try deactivating to see if that helps please?

Hi,

Thanks for that, I get the same problem on my end. Your server is returning a 500 internal server error response on the admin-ajax.php file. Could you try to import the file in private to see if that works please?

Hey EESS-TRB,

Are you using the layout builder to create your posts? If you do then you will need to add the excerpt to them manually on the edit page. If you can’t see the excerpt field then select to show it under Screen Options on the top right hand corner on the same page.

If that is not the problem then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

Hi,

Thanks for that, so you are looking to have that in a different colour on different pages? If so you can target it by using the page id class which you can find in the body tag. Looking at your site it doesn’t look like you are using Enfold though?

Just a reminder; this is Enfold theme support, not a general WordPress forum.

For your problem; navigate to the plugin folder via FTP and rename the whole plugin folder or just the problem plugin to see if that helps.

3. I’m not sure I understand what you mean by this, where is the line height off exactly? The line height of the excerpt? If so then please try to remove your code so that we can see what it looks like without it.

Thanks for the feedback. You could try running this plugin in order to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/

If that doesn’t work then please try updating manually via FTP as explained in the article I posted previously.

Do you mean that images are not showing on the URL in private or in the actual posts? They are showing on the listing page on my end, but not in the actual posts. If you are using the layout builder to create your posts, then you will need to add the image manually to the content.
