If you want greater control over the background image on mobile devices then you could try to copy the element in question and use an image better adapted to mobile screens. You can show/hide the correct section using the Screen Options in the element options.

Sorry for the confusion. First off please try it in your child theme functions.php file, if that doesn’t work then please try adding to the parent theme functions.php file. Do not add it to functions_enfold.php. You can try the code at the very bottom of each file, just before the ending PHP tag, if there is one.

I’m not sure if that plugin is compatible with the theme unfortunately. What exact problems are you having? If you are looking to have the plugin as an element in the layout builder then that won’t be possible.
