    Hi,

    Can you please ask your hosting company to upgrade php to phpversion 7.0+
    and that will do help all of the issues that are required.

    Hey Carlos,

    Not sure if this will work for you, but i had something similar happen.

    My fix was to manually upload the enfold theme via FTP. If you have a .maintenance page remove it from the directory as well (in my case the page was stuck with the maintenance message showing)

    Thank for your comments Debrosio, but i have updated the theme via ftp, then blank page and error 500.
    I have not any maintenance page, i think so.

    I am having the same issue; a blank page with error 500. I delete the theme and uploaded one of the old versions of enfold to keep the site up.

    I got the website back up and running ok, i think something strange is living inside new update.

    Downgraded to 4.2.3 and got a blank page. No Erro 500, just a blank page. Don’t know if it’s a improvement…

    Hi gianmarizzi,

    Please remove this file via FTP: /themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php, to see if that helps on 4.2.6. If not then please try to delete the entire theme folder and upload it again via FTP. If that doesn’t help either then please open a new thread and include access details to your site in private.

    The bloody support is open 24/7 but some of us need to sleep, eat and take care of our families sometimes.
