Hi Charlotte,
Checking the theme on every possible server environment setup and combination of plugins and WordPress versions is unfortunately close to impossible. I would recommend the same thing as Vinay did, have a staging site and update there first. A process like this would be even safer.

I think the easiest way would be to actually write it out manually? Otherwise you would need to override footer.php with custom PHP.

It seems to be working fine on my end, this is what I see on the front-end:
PH: 1800 800 708 / TTY: 1800 644 419
If that is not what you are seeing on your end then please try to open the site in an incognito window using Chrome.

We could do that, but copying the shortcodes to new pages might be easier. Maybe you don’t need all the demo pages? If so then I think that would be the best option. If you want to enable debug mode yourself then you can do so by following this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

I’m sorry for the problems. I tried importing the theme manually but that didn’t work either. I’m not sure why unfortunately. If you like to then we can activate debug mode and copy all the shortcodes into new pages, do you need all the demo pages or only some of them?

Thanks for the feedback. I took the CSS I gave you and removed the comments around it, and put it on the top of your Quick CSS. I can’t see the issues happening like in your screenshot when I update the site. I checked in an incognito window as well, so I was not getting cached results. Could you have a look on your end as well please?

I’m sorry but troubleshooting third party plugins and custom code which goes with them is out of scope of theme support unfortunately.
Just so that I understand your problem; you are using CF7 in combination with the Advanced Custom Fields plugin and the fields from ACF are not showing up on a page?

Thanks for the feedback. I could see the results like in your screenshot on your home page, not sure why it’s different on different pages. It might be due to a conflict of some sort, could you try to disable all plugins to see if that is the case? I’m especially looking at this particular plugin: Page Builder by SiteOrigin, that is likely to cause conflicts with our builder.

I’m not sure what the exact problem is on your site, but maybe it would be a good idea if you copied your site to a staging site and run all updates there first? That way you don’t need to risk your production server. It also means that we could look at the actual problem without your site being down.
I can log in to your site just fine, but the user needs to be upgraded to admin rights. Please upgrade the account so that we can see the whole installation.
