Haha, you’re right. At the end of the day, it’s usually Google resources which those tools tend to complain about. Unfortunately, those resources are very hard to cache or have any sort of control of unfortunately. I’m not sure why that would be, but I’m pretty sure it’s due to caching and/or minification though. It’s loading fine on my end now, so I’m guessing you have the plugins turned off?

The footer is going to populate the space below your content, and since you don’t have a lot of content then it will look like that. Are you only going to have that little content on the page?

I checked the link to Google PSI but I couldn’t see anything about the actual speed in there?
If you want to know that then you should use a tool like the one Pingdom provides, please see private.

The error you are getting is a server response that the resource is not available, why your server is responding that way is difficult to say, but your hosting provider should be able to help you out with that. Could you try contacting them please?

I’m not sure why that could be to be honest. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.6) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Sorry for the problems. Completely deleting the theme and re-uploading it is likely the fastest and easiest solution you can try for yourself, could you try it out please? Make sure to have proper backups of your site before attempting this in case something should go wrong.

It all depends on what CSS is needed to render each page, so I don’t think there is any standard solution to this. I think you will have to use trial and error to see what works and what doesn’t.
You mentioned scores; what scores are those exactly? If you are trying to speed up your site then I would recommend that you focus on the actual load speeds and not on the scores different tests might give you.
