Did this problem happen after you only updated the theme, or did you update WordPress and the plugin as well? You might want to try and roll back to the version of the plugin that you were previously running to see what happens then.

Thanks for the login details. footer.php and header.php likely needs to be replaced in your child theme, please try copying those files from the parent into the child theme. You can then add the customisations back into those files, or use functions instead. You can keep the old files for reference.

Theme licenses are for life and they include 6 months of support after the purchase date, if you should need support after that then it has to be purchased separately. If you need to renew your support period, then you can do so here: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support

A theme license is valid for a single domain including sub domains.
