Try changing this media query to 990 as well:
```

}

You can simply change the values in your media queries, like this:
```
@media (min-width: 600px) and (max-width: 767px) {
  .avia-image-container.gallerie-image img {
    max-height: 450px;
    margin-top: 35px !important;
    margin-bottom: 18px;
  }
}
```
Could be made to apply to larger screens like this:
```
@media (min-width: 600px) and (max-width: 990px) {
  .avia-image-container.gallerie-image img {
    max-height: 450px;
    margin-top: 35px !important;
    margin-bottom: 18px;
  }
}
```

A theme license is valid for a single domain including sub domains, so that should not be a problem. You should purchase the standard license.

If you are using a Color Section element, then you can set the image to stretch or contain in the element option. Look for the Background Repeat option.
