Hi,
Thanks, but I’m getting a 403 error on the login page. Maybe you are blocking certain IP ranges or geographic locations?

RikardOctober 29, 2024 at 4:19 pm in reply to: Object Position for image in Easy Fullwidth Slider #1470138Hi,
Yes, you can use this instead:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .avia-slideshow li img { left: -150px !important; } }

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi,
Try to not set a minimum height to the section, or set a fixed pixel value. The CSS which is causing this is added inline, but I’m not sure where it’s added. See screenshot in private.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. What happens if you clear the cache and minified files from the plugin? You could also try to temporarily activate the option to delete old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance, and toggle the file compression options on the same page.

RikardOctober 29, 2024 at 12:23 pm in reply to: Object Position for image in Easy Fullwidth Slider #1470097Hi,
Thanks for that. You can try to adjust the image using this CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .av-m2t0bor4-75e1606503b18cd78e39619ca0beef30 li img { left: -150px !important; } }
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You could try to add the ID to a text block above the elements in question instead:
<div id="overview"> </div>

RikardHey John,
It looks to be working on my end when I use your account, all you have to do is to add your purchase code again. Please check again.

RikardOctober 28, 2024 at 9:21 pm in reply to: Which contact form plugin is best for Enfold Theme? #1470041Hey Katrin,
You can use any of the major contact form plugins with the theme. You could also try a SMTP plugin for email delivery.

Thanks for the update. It looks like you are logged in to the support forum, is everything working as expected?

RikardHey Max,
Theme licenses are valid for life, so you don’t need to purchase a new one. I’m not sure why you need your purchase code, but it can be found in your Themeforest account. If you are looking to get theme updates, then please follow this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

RikardHi,
Did you read my reply earlier in this thread? 403 error means that the server is not allowing the action, we cannot fix this for you. You need to reach out to your hosting provider for further help.

RikardHey oldsportbiker,
What happens if you select the 2nd or 4th option under Enfold->Performance->Show Advanced Options->Unique Timestamp Of Merged Files And WP Object Cache Bug. Also make sure to activate the option to delete old CSS and JS files at the bottom of the Performance options page.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. What happens if you create a new page, then paste all the shortcodes from the problem page into the new page and save?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Don’t follow the link that I posted, inspect the page while trying to save something in the theme options and you will see it. This is a server error and not something that we can fix for you.

RikardHey Eduardo,

RikardHey bradmon,
I’m not sure I fully understand the problem, since the first two screenshots are of different sections? Please note that some cropping will occur when setting images are backgrounds that covers the whole container, and some browsers might render the backgrounds a bit differently.
