Hey jijuambeltz,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
  ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Hey gooweb,

There has been a lot of changes from Enfold 3.5.4 -> 4.2, I think you need to update header.php of your child theme since there are changes in menu especially on mobile. Make sure to backup first your child theme before doing the changes.

Thanks for providing access. Yes, I do understand what the problem is, I tried to turn on debug but I couldn’t find any errors. Can you try to reinstall wordpress manually? this instruction should help: https://www.wordfence.com/learn/how-to-manually-upgrade-wordpress-themes-and-plugins/

Also can you set all folder permissions to 755 and file permissions to 644. I tried to use a default theme and the issue is not related with the theme. Let us know if reinstalling wp and fixing permissions help.

Hi,

Nice! you’re getting better each screenshot :)

You can use custom link for that and just add # as the url. As for the social icon, is that for the layout builder? The social icons on header doesn’t look like that, to enable the social icons in the header, go to Enfold > Header > Extra Elements (tab) > Header Social Icons (then choose an area to display). Then go to Enfold > Social Profiles > then set the social icons that you want to display there. Hope this helps :)

Hey Becker_EBG,

I think you can use Easy Slider and Layerslider, you can set the layerslider height in its settings, as for easy slider, you need to put it in a container so it’s width is set and the height will be based on the image.
