Hi,

I think the problem is that the uploaded logo is set to medium (by default), make sure to select Full Size when uploading the logo, the screenshot in private content should show where it is located. Hope this helps :)

Can you give us a link where fontawesome should show on your site? also tell us how you added fontawesome to the theme, it would help us figure out why it’s not working.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

You can go to Enfold > Advanced Styling and set the styles and font sizes of paragraph, heading tags and other elements, if what you’re looking for isn’t available, I would suggest using Custom Css Classes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ combined with Quick CSS. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately there’s no such feature available on Enfold, but please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/

This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented.

Before doing this changes, I would suggest using a child theme first: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
After using a child theme and following the instructions in the link, go to (via ftp) enfold > config-templatebuilder > avia-shortcodes, then copy progressbar.php and paste it in the shortcodes folder of the child theme, next edit progressbar.php that you just pasted and modify line 348:

$output .="<div class='progressbar-percent' data-timer='2200'><span class='av-bar-counter __av-single-number' data-number='".$bar['attr']['progress']."'>0</span>%</div>";

replace % with an image of a tick. And that should be it. Hope it helps.

Yes, but I believe that would take a lot of time tweaking the Enfold theme and would be outside the scope of our support. I would suggest creating a layout using our Layout Builder then save it as a template, whenever you create a new post, you just use that template then modify the content. Hope this helps.
