Hi,

Thanks for providing the login details, I had checked the backend and can see some js errors which are preventing the slider from working properly, would you give us permission to temporarily disable all plugins so we can try to isolate the issue? I’d like to disable the caching and minification plugin which usually cause this issue. As for the plugin social warfare, can you tell us the problem it has with the latest version of Enfold?

I have tried to login in themeforest and I didn’t have any issue. Before we would try to help you fix the site, can you please put your purchase code in the “Private Content”, we would like to help you but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support. You can upload the screenshot in https://imgur.com/ and post the link here (you can put the link in private content if you only want it to be seen by moderators). I have checked the link now and it does show the 4th tab. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Yes, as for the header image, you need to get the header image shortcode first (which will be needed later), you might need to enable Avia Layout Debugger: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

then in your functions.php add this php code:

add_action( 'ava_after_main_title', 'add_calendar_banner', 99 );

function add_calendar_banner() {
	if( is_post_type_archive( 'tribe_events' ) ) {
		echo do_shortcode("[shortcode_here]");
	}
}

replace [shortcode_here] with the header image shortcode. As for the color, you can set it in Enfold > General Styling > Main Content (tab) > Primary color. Hope this helps :)

Hi Paul,

I have checked your site and doesn’t seem to use header, which makes it easier, you can just use Avia Layout Editor elements for the colors, and if it’s limited we can modify through css codes which we can add in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling). For now, I would suggest creating the 3 pages and set it up, give us the links then let us know the remaining adjustments (or change in color) then we’ll try to help out by giving you css codes that should help. :)

Can you post a screenshot showing that feature? I’m not sure what you are trying to achieve, do you just want to show images and not have link to it? Also tweaking wordpress core is outside the scope of our support, but we will try to help or just point you to the right direction.
