My site crashed when I tried to update my Enfold template. I can’t even get in wordpress to reinstall manually. I tried to go to themeforest.net to get my purchase code and I can’t get online there either as it is not working. I have a neighborhood council site that I was trying to update for a huge event on Saturday and now I have nothing. Please help!!!

I have tried to login in themeforest and I didn’t have any issue. Before we would try to help you fix the site, can you please put your purchase code in the “Private Content”, we would like to help you but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support. Hope you understand.
