Hi,

Thanks it worked. I have checked it and you’re site loads in few seconds, checked by enabling debug and logs and there are no errors though there are some php notices which can be ignored since it doesn’t cause any issue but to fix it, you need to update to the latest version of Enfold. Also just to note that the site returned a 500 Internal Error once when I tried to click on the edit page (happened only once), which I think there’s some issue with the server.

Can you create a separate thread? then give us temporary admin access, as well as ftp access so we can try to debug and check further. Make sure to put the details in Private Content section so only the moderators and the thread creator (which is you when you create the new thread) can view it.

I don’t think that’s possible without tweaking core files, as for the section number, you just need to count the color sections, the 6th Color Section will have that #av_section_6 id and next to it usually have that #after_section_6 id. Hope this helps.

Hi,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.
