June 15, 2018 at 9:54 am in reply to: LayerSlider claims it's not activated but Theme is up to date #973183
Hi antonsport,
The purchase code you have is only valid for Enfold and not for the bundled layerslider plugin.
If you want to unlock those premium features you would need to purchase the layerslider plugin in themeforest.
You should still be able to use layerslider properly and can import free templates except for those premium features.Best regards,
NikkoHey Enrico,
Thanks for giving us the link, however upon checking it just shows:
This site can’t be reached
We would like to see the page so we can check if there are js errors or conflicts.
Best regards,
NikkoHey posterscope,
Can you give us a screenshot showing the issue?
you can upload it in dropbox, googledrive, https://imgur.com/ or any online image sharing sites and post the link here.
You can post the screenshot link in private content if you want only the moderators to see it.Best regards,
NikkoHey sjidesign,
I see what you mean however it would take a lot of time to do those customization to do it thus it’s outside the scope of our support.
You can check on woocommerce’s documentation on how you can override their templates: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/
Or you can hire a developer to do it for you.Best regards,
NikkoHey cantarella,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoHi undead007,
I see, you can just import it without using wp reset.
The pages won’t be deleted but the settings would be changed. If you currently have about page and the demo also has one, then you will have two about pages.
Main menu would also be changed same as the demo so you would need to reassign it again.Best regards,
NikkoHi rlhinirv57,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I checked your site and it seems fine on my end.
Is there any particular page that the error/issue appears?Best regards,
NikkoHey ryan_boomstreet,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
Can you try to disable all plugins except for woocommerce and check if it works properly.
If it does enable the plugins one by one then check to know which plugin causes the issue.
If that doesn’t help please give us ftp access and permission to disable plugins temporarily.Best regards,
NikkoHey skysjsu,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
This is caused by WP Fastest Cache plugin, I unchecked Combine Css and flushed out cache and minified css/js and it works properly.
Let us know if you need further assistance.Best regards,
NikkoHi rlhinirv57,
Thanks for giving us ftp access, can you try to check your site?
I could not confirm it since trying to check this url: txsvf.org it only returns:txsvf.org is a totally awesome idea still being worked on
Best regards,
NikkoJune 15, 2018 at 5:54 am in reply to: Tabs – Huge white space above and below content in tabs since update 4.4.1 #973095Hi Bizsolmw,
Thanks for providing us more information, this is fixed. Can you check it again?
I found out that there was an extra closing div in the fifth tab which prevents the tab section from working properly.
Let us know if you need further assistance.Best regards,
NikkoHi dvalansi,
Thanks for giving us instructions.
I have checked it and it works fine, I have posted a link in private content showing the screenshot I took.
I tested accordion and it works properly, no js errors are showing on my end.Best regards,
NikkoHi Biggy,

NikkoHi Ghallab,
I don’t have WP Courseware plugin to test however after checking the forum I don’t see any major issues (like errors or functions not working) on the plugin with regards to compatability with Enfold.
I think both are the same in terms of compatability and both should work fine if you use it’s default editor though Advanced Layout Builder shouldn’t be used but you can still use the elements by using the shortcode/magic wand tool.Best regards,
NikkoHi Buddy,
Try adding this css code in Quick CSS:
#top .avia-cookie-consent .avia-cookie-consent-button { padding-top: 0.5em; padding-bottom: 0.5em; border-radius: 10px; }
You may want to adjust top and bottom padding as you see fit, border radius is for making the button more circular setting it to 0 makes it to a rectangle.
Hope this helps :)Best regards,

NikkoHi undead007,
Glad that it’s working :)
Sometimes it does happen when there’s some interruption during the import though it rarely happens if there are no server issues.
If that happens again, you can just import again or you use wp reset then try to import again.Best regards,
NikkoHi missbluesky,
Glad that we could help :)
Feel free to comeback if you need further assistance.
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi missbluesky,
You can generate another api key just add a label to it.
use this new api key on the 2nd site.Best regards,
NikkoHi missbluesky,
I apologize I’ve mistaken it with google api key instead of themeforest api key.
Can you try to click on the link in private content, make sure you’re logged in first.
It should show new update on Enfold.
Make sure you have a backup first before doing this just in case.Best regards,
NikkoHey Jess,
You’re still using php version 5.2.4, please upgrade it to atleast 5.6, you may need assistance from your webhost to do this.
Also you’re still using WordPress 4.0.23, please upgrade it to 4.9.6, try to manually update wordpress, you can see instructions in the wordpress codex:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress
Hope this helps :)Best regards,
NikkoHey shailendra,
I have checked your site and it seems to be using Creative Studio Demo instead of Startup Business Demo, do you want it to switch to Startup Business Demo?
Also as for the issue you mentioned that few pages in the template don’t open, I checked it and it seems to work fine on my end, can you give a screenshot or probably instructions on how we could reproduce it?Best regards,
NikkoHi pixelsaft,
Glad that you figured it out. :)
Feel free to comeback if you need further assistance.
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi shedoesitcoaching,

Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHey umanskro,
I’m not really sure why it’s not working since there are no errors.
Can you try going to Enfold > Theme Options > uncheck Page Preloading.
Let us know if this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHey Sorprentas,
Try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
#top.home #main { padding-top: 0 !important; }
Hope it helps :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey buddy1,
Try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
#top .avia-cookie-consent { padding-top: 5px; padding-bottom: 5px; }
Just adjust the top and bottom padding size.
Hope it helps :)Best regards,
NikkoHey missbluesky,
You can update it via WordPress Backend by going to Enfold > Theme Update (make sure Themeforest User Name and Themeforest API Key is filled in).
If that doesn’t work you can try to update it manually via ftp, for detailed instruction you can check our post:Hope it helps :)
Best regards,
NikkoHey DROR,
You can add this code at the bottom of functions.php instead of modifying it from the parent theme:
function custom_loadscripts() { avia_enqueue_script_conditionally( true , 'wp-mediaelement' , "/wp-includes/js/mediaelement/wp-mediaelement.js", array('mediaelement'), false, 1); avia_enqueue_style_conditionally( true , 'wp-mediaelement', "/wp-includes/js/mediaelement/wp-mediaelement.css", array('mediaelement')); } add_action('wp_enqueue_scripts', 'custom_loadscripts', 20);
Hope it helps :)
Best regards,
NikkoHi Jon,
Sure, we’ll do that.
You can also check our changelogs when there are new updates since changes are listed there :)Best regards,
