December 10, 2018 at 6:22 pm in reply to: Since Enfold update 4.5 easy slider and full width easy slider doesnt show image #1043236
Hi zakthorpe,
Thanks the admin credentials worked and I was able to login.
I could see this error in the web console:Uncaught ReferenceError: Cookies is not defined at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (woocommerce.min.js?ver=3.5.2:1)
Can you try disabling all plugins also flush out the caching plugin first before doing so.
Then try to enable the plugins one by one (caching plugin last).Best regards,
NikkoDecember 10, 2018 at 6:15 pm in reply to: Fullwidth Easy Slider – Change Framed Text attributes #1043234Hi jgdoyle1,
There’s a blur feature for css, however it does blur everything inside the element not just the background image, so it’s not suitable solution.
This can still be done, however more knowledge on both html will be needed to do this modification and a lot of modification in enfold structure to do it, though we’d like to help you as much as we can, this would take a lot of time to do and outside the scope of our support :(Best regards,
NikkoHi Thomas,

NikkoDecember 10, 2018 at 6:01 pm in reply to: Tags not formatting correctly on single page posts #1043216Hey webworm72,
It’s because of the attribute/property of the post meta, try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
.html_elegant-blog #top .post-entry .post-meta-infos { float: none; }
Hope it helps.
Best regards,
NikkoDecember 10, 2018 at 5:57 pm in reply to: Include Warning: font-manager.class.php when loading #1043214Hey Joelle,
I have removed the flaticon that wasn’t working properly in Enfold > Import/Export > Iconfont Manager.
Try to reupload the icons, hope this helps.Best regards,

NikkoHey marcoabis81,
Can you try adding this code at the bottom of your child theme’s functions.php:
add_filter('use_block_editor_for_post', '__return_false');
Hope this helps.

NikkoHey jnrdavo,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoHey Patrick,
Our workaround is usually to have some custom css class and use Quick CSS, however if you want to be included in the options, feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented.Best regards,

Try to remove the templates folder so it should be enfold-child > woocommerce > single-product > up-sells.php
Let us know if this helps.Best regards,

NikkoHi Tim,
Can you try adding this css code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width:1024px) { #top .avia-timeline-vertical .milestone_icon { opacity: 1; -webkit-transform: scale(1); -ms-transform: scale(1); transform: scale(1); } #top .avia-timeline-vertical .av-milestone-indicator, #top .avia-timeline-vertical .av-milestone-icon-wrap:after { opacity: 1; } }
Let us know if this helps.

NikkoHi leviticus,
Do you have a caching plugin enabled? it might be preventing the changes from being displayed.
Also I just want to clarify if this is on a single portfolio page?Best regards,
NikkoHi aquihaydominios,
Glad that you figured it out, I thought it needs to be hidden after hovering out the mouse.
I didn’t see any jump on my end, I checked it using windows 10 and google chrome.
Also there are no js errors in the console, though I’m sure that there are lots of changes in Enfold’s js files in the past few updates.Best regards,
NikkoHi lisetyrrell,
You can modify the code and install some image regeneration plugin, you should find lots of plugins that does it. :)

NikkoHi xprinta,
I see or it probably might be some caching issue.
Anyway, glad that it’s resolved :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi JasonC,
I apologize for the inconvenience.
I hope this will be helpful, instead of directly updating your site for new updates, you can create a staging site (basically just a duplicate of your site in a subdomain) where you can test the update first without affecting your live site. Here is a post on how to do it: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/Best regards,
