Hi anuj01,
Can you tell us what permissions have you checked when you created the token?
You’ll need to check the following: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/wp-content/uploads/sites/22/2018/10/Token-Permission-2.pngBest regards,
NikkoHey jelle,
Try adding this css code as well:
.html_header_sidebar #top #header .header_bg { background-color: #00699c; }
Hope it helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHi lle-it,
I tried to check on it however I’m getting this error (screenshot in private content):
DNS Lookup for "yoursite.com" failed. System.Net.Sockets.SocketException No such host is known
I have double checked it with https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ to confirm if it’s just on my end but it’s also down in their result.
Best regards,
NikkoHi jimmiesner,

NikkoDecember 26, 2018 at 4:57 pm in reply to: Tab Section not wrapping properly when window resized #1049106Hi John,
I’m not really sure what’s causing the issue
But try to add this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):#top.home #av-tab-section-1 .av-tab-section-tab-title-container { min-width: 1077px !important; }
Hope it helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHi simon,
I apologize for that, I tried to access your site but it also returns 503 error (screenshot in private content).
Try to enable wordpress debugging and error logging: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress it’s hard to pinpoint what could be causing that issue but enabling debug and error logging we might get atleast some lead on what’s causing the 503 error.Best regards,
NikkoHi fabrykapozycji,
The last 2 columns has an anchor tag with the href set to #3.
The first one however doesn’t have the image wrapped in anchor tag, can you give us temporary admin access? so we can try to check it further.
Just post the login credentials in private content.Best regards,
NikkoHey mantas0527,
Try adding this css code in QUick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
#top.page-id-449 form.checkout.woocommerce-checkout #customer_details { width: 48%; } #top.page-id-449 form.checkout.woocommerce-checkout #customer_details .col-1 { float: none; width: 100%; } #top.page-id-449 form.checkout.woocommerce-checkout #order_review, #top.page-id-449 form.checkout.woocommerce-checkout #order_review_heading { clear: none; float: right; width: 48%; }
Best regards,
NikkoHey Andrew,
Does this happen if you switch on a default wordpress theme like TwentyNineteen?
This post might help: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-http-image-upload-error-in-wordpress/
If not, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoHey jverot26,
Maybe the issue is caused by the new WordPress block editor Gutenberg.
Since you’re using Enfold 4.5.2, try to go to Enfold > Theme Options > Select Your Editor > Use WP Classic Editor and save.
Let us know if this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi freigeist,
It’s there, go to https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/button/#toggle-id-11-closed
Should be in Button fonts > On hover (toggle)
Hope this helps.Best regards,

Step 10 might help.Best regards,
NikkoHi larryignazio,
Jetpack is composed modules/components, maybe some of it is conflicting masonry’s js.
Try to temporarily disable all jetpack modules, and check then enable the modules one by one to know what’s causing the issue.Best regards,

NikkoHi nicolechanphoto,
Yes, it’s possible. You can use Masonry to show portfolio items.
In Portfolio Item, you can scroll below and find Overwrite Portfolio Link setting change it to define custom link then use your vimeo link.
Hope this helps :)Best regards,
NikkoHey jezza1961,
Have you tried to set the editor in theme options to use wp Classic Editor?
Go to Enfold > Theme Options > Select Your Editor > Use WP Classic Editor and save.

NikkoHi,
We apologize for the late response.
There was a major change in how Envato handles it’s API, this problem is fixed in 4.5, but the update to that needs to be done manually: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#reinstall-or-update-using-ftp
There’s another alternative to update, you can try a plugin like this which should enable you to upload the zip file instead of updating via FTP: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/Best regards,
NikkoHi soniavoice,
Yes, you can use ftp edit that file or if File Editor is allowed (Appearance > Editor) in WP Dashboard then you can also use it.
Hope it’s clear.Best regards,
NikkoHey ezvisa,
We apologize for the late response.
I have checked the link you gave and I can’t seem to find what you’re referring, I could not find the heading or the description below it that you mentioned.
Is it removed? if I have missed it, please point it or atleast let me know the text so I can search on it.Best regards,
NikkoHi Marc,
Glad that we could help :)
I think it’s still great with current settings but in special cases like on your site, starting animation as soon as the site loads is necessary.
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great New Year :)Best regards,
NikkoHi Aminul,
