NikkoHey jufinnil,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoFebruary 18, 2019 at 9:52 am in reply to: Changes in functions.php / functions-enfold.php in child theme are ignored #1068219Hi Franz,
Where did you add this code?
add_filter( 'relevanssi_modify_wp_query', 'rlv_force_post_product' ); function rlv_force_post_product( $query ) { $query->query_vars['post_types'] = 'post,product'; return $query; }
I can’t seem to find it in functions.php in both the child and parent theme.
Best regards,
NikkoHi Carmen,
What code does cause this issue? is it the code I gave?
What’s the screen width of the screenshot with the issue?
So we can try out the code that causes the issue + test it on a specific screen width that shows the issue.Best regards,
NikkoHi algkent,
Thanks for creating the staging site as well as the admin access.
I was able to find out that this plugin was causing the issue: Google XML Sitemap Generator
I have disabled it on the stage site and it works properly.Best regards,
NikkoHi Adrien,

NikkoHi ezvisa,
It depends, in your case since you were asking for the layout and Vinay just gave you the shortcodes used for the layout so you can use it on your site.
The horizontal grid block you mentioned only shows on top of each other vertically is on mobile which I think is appropriate since the content area for mobile devices are too narrow and making 3 columns to 3 rows stacking on mobile is the right approach.Best regards,
NikkoHi,
@IndexGuy14 I checked your site on my mobile device and I can see the hamburger icon. The only thing I noticed is that the phone number on top is too large.
@lech07 I can see the youtube and facebook icon on top of the logo and also in the footer.Best regards,
NikkoHi Lara,
It might just be because of caching.
Anyway glad that it works :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi Eric Marks,
This is fixed, this code in Quick CSS is causing the issue:
#header_main_alternate { z-index: 100; position: fixed; bottom: 0; } .header-scrolled #header_main_alternate { position: relative; }
You might need to clear browser cache if it’s still not showing properly on your end.
Best regards,
NikkoHi perihelionweb,
Importing fails on images, but everything else has already been imported.
I have included the image on your site.
Let us know if you need further assistance.Best regards,
NikkoHi Lara,
Try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
#top .content .flex_column .widget_nav_menu { width: 102%; margin-left: -1%; } #top .content .flex_column .avia-builder-widget-area { overflow: hidden; } #top #wrap_all .flex_column .widget_nav_menu li.current_page_item { margin-top: -1px; padding-top: 1px; width: 100%; box-shadow: 0px 0px 1px 0px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.2); margin-bottom: 4px; padding-left: 0; left: auto; top: 1px; background-color: rgba(255,255,255,0.4); } #top #wrap_all .flex_column .widget_nav_menu li.current_page_item a { color: #005eaa; }

NikkoHi zerodotnine,
I apologize for the delayed response.
I have already checked for it however there was no js error, but the problem was because sliders need fixed height and it doesn’t stretch out when accordion is used.
Tweaking the slider will make it possible however it takes a lot of time to do which is outside the scope of our support. I’m not sure if there are sliders out there that can work on accordion properly.Best regards,
NikkoHi Axel,
I apologize for the delayed response. Can you try to do this procedure instead? (download first the latest version of Enfold in themeforest).
1. Switch to a default wordpress theme like twentynineteen
2. Delete the outdated Enfold theme
3. Upload the latest version of Enfold (enfold.zip) then set it as the active theme again.Best regards,

NikkoFebruary 18, 2019 at 2:27 am in reply to: Easy slider caption title and text alignment on mobile screens #1068084Hi sheilaregan,
I apologize for the delayed response. I have replaced this css code:
@media only screen and (max-width:959px) { .responsive #top .slideshow_caption { width: 100%; } .responsive #top .slideshow_caption h2 { margin-left: 0 !important; } .responsive #top .avia-caption-content { display: block !important; } }

NikkoHey Lara,
Go to Appearance > Menus, then create a new Menu (call it for example About Subpages) then add those pages you mentioned and save.
Then go to Appearance > Widgets, then add a new Widget Area (example call it again About Subpages) then drag a Navigation Menu to it select the About Subpages menu.
On the pages, edit the Widget Area then change it from Our Story to About Subpages.
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi rob,
Glad that this is resolved.
I’ll be closing this thread then.Best regards,
