Can you try going to Enfold > Theme Options > Select Your Editor > set this to Use WP Classic Editor?

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Yes, try to flush out cache from both Autoptimize and WP Rocket then deactivate them temporarily.
Then go to Enfold > Performance, disable both CSS file merging and compression and Javascript file merging and compression

Hey BelIblis,

Can you try to use google reCaptcha on our contact form?
Go to Enfold > Google Services > Google reCaptcha.
Select Google reCAPTCHA Version, I would suggest using version 3
Then fill in Site Key and Secret Key and that should be it.
Maybe you can observe for several days if the spam problem will be fixed or atleast lessen.

We usually ask that because of the reasons pointed out by Victoria.
Anyway, I have tested this on my end but I couldn’t reproduce the same results, here is a screenshot on my end: https://imgur.com/7wzMjKe (I have marked the layout elements and the css code fetched to make it 100% on mobile)
Then I checked on your site and though it’s fetching grid.css for some reason it’s not fetching the css code that makes it 100% on mobile, here is a screenshot on your site https://imgur.com/IpZFrB2 (screenshot doesn’t include any url so I didn’t put it in private content)
But if I check your grid.css (link in private content), the css code is right there (line 137, inside of 767px media query):

Can you create a staging site? where we can check further on this without affecting your live site, since we could not replicate it on our end.

Hi Gitte,

I still have the code you posted above on my end and it still works on my end, the problem I’ve seen on your site is if the last section is only visible on mobile the Edit link would also show up just on mobile since the container it’s in is also in hidden in desktop and shown in mobile. To workaround I found is to create an empty container as the last element which is visible on both desktop and mobile.

When you edit the page and you edit the masonry, you should see it there.
