Thanks for giving us admin access and we apologize for the delayed response.
The problem seems to be coming from the minification of hummingbird plugin.
If I go to the english version and right click (any part of your site) and select Inspect Element, then choose Console, I would see this error:

Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

If I click on hummingbird > see this page unminified, the js error is fixed.
The german version doesn’t have this js error.

Please go to the backup-db folder you mentioned and set the folder permission to 755, here’s an tutorial which you can follow.

3. I have added this code, the first code block centers it, while the 2nd one adds the white outline.

Well, svg is a part of it, what you’ll need to upload is a zip file.

I’m not really sure what you meant by standard, but if you are referring to the Default – you can see this in Enfold > General Styling > Fonts (tab) > Font for your body text, then it’s HelveticaNeue as defined in base.css:

font-family: HelveticaNeue, "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;

But if you imported our demo, it’s most likely Open Sans.
If you can give us a link to your site and we can inspect it then we can definitely tell you which font you are using :)

We could suggest a css code for it but we don’t have an image (white dropdown arrow) that’s suitable for your form, here’s the css code that you can add:

    background-image: url(image_url);
}

Just replace image_url with a suitable image.
You can upload the image in Media > Add New.

The other alternative to that, which I used, is download the specific demo, in this case is ‘knowledgebase’ to my local server, then go to wp-content > uploads > avia_fonts folder, you should see the custom icon’s folder there, just zip it then upload it to your site as specified in the instructions above.

Thanks for giving us admin access, first since you want to add some customization we suggest using a child theme first: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/
Without a child theme, once you update Enfold all of you modifications will be lost.
Next, I noticed that you don’t have a class rel-nofollow in the said page.
