Hi bigwavebusiness,
We apologize for the delay, rest assured that you’re not being ignored, we just have a lot of queries lately.
I have tested changing the background color for main content and footer area and it does work (I modified it to gray).
As for google maps, I don’t see js files for google map being loaded.Best regards,
NikkoDecember 20, 2019 at 2:00 am in reply to: Black line on the right of an external media video #1167990Hey cfourtune,
I checked it on my end using chrome browser and I don’t see any black line on the right of the vimeo video even if I resize the browser.
Can you try to add this css code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:.avia-video, .avia-video iframe, .avia-video video { background-color: transparent !important; }Hope it helps.
Best regards,
NikkoHi Ebonknox,
Can you provide the login link as well?

NikkoHi tenstepit,
Thanks for providing ftp access, it’s done. :)
You can now change passwords.Best regards,
NikkoHi connect4consulting,
To be honest I’m not sure where it was coming from but I was guessing at first it was from a plugin but I could not find this plugin: https://en-au.wordpress.org/plugins/tinymce-advanced/
As for clearing the cache, when you login inside the WordPress Dashboard, you’ll Empty Cache just below the url, that’s the one I used.
If it re-appears in the future then you can try to flush out the cache, if that still doesn’t work then you can create a thread here :)Best regards,
NikkoHi Janine,
We’re glad to hear that, as for the remaining things, just add this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
#top .contact-horizontal-icon-list ul.avia-icon-list { text-align: center; } #top .contact-horizontal-icon-list ul.avia-icon-list li { display: inline-block; float: none; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; } #top .contact-horizontal-icon-list ul.avia-icon-list li a.iconlist_icon { margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; }You can put it in 1/1 Column no need to use 3/5.
Best regards,

We’re glad to hear that :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi tenstepit,
I could not update the file via Theme Editor in the site you mentioned, I’m always getting:
C'e stato un errore. I tuoi cambiamenti potrebbero non essere stati salvati. Riprova. C'e la possibilità che tu debba risolvere manualmente il problema e caricare il file tramite FTP.We will need ftp access to do this.
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Thanks for providing the admin access.
I was able to fix the slider on top with this code:#top .av-section-color-overlay { background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0.4) !important; }However for the content slider, it’s not visible, content slider’s are working fine in Internet Explorer as you can see here: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/content-slider/
Can you try to temporarily disable all plugins and check in Internet Explorer once done? enable it back after testing.Best regards,
NikkoHi tenstepit,
We have updated your site and the icons are now appearing properly.
Let us know if you need further assistance, if none is needed please change the password.Best regards,

Can you give us the link to the site shown in the screenshot? so we can try to inspect further.
You can post the link in private content, if you only want it to be seen by moderators and you.Best regards,
NikkoHey Javi,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

NikkoDecember 19, 2019 at 4:34 pm in reply to: Container duplicate website does not keep the same dimensions #1167803Hi marcoabis81,
I’m using Google Chrome as well on a Windows 10 pc.
I checked it again, and tried in Icognito mode and it’s accurate on my end.
Can you try to clear your browser cache? if that does not work, can you try to add this code in Quick CSS (IT):.responsive .container { max-width: 1310px; }Best regards,
NikkoHi tenstepit,
We’ll assist you with it.
But first we’ll need you to create a new thread, and give us temporary admin access.
Just post the credentials in private content which can only be seen by (us) moderators and the one who created the thread.Best regards,
NikkoHi Felix,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have checked your site and the slider controls and white dots are already removed.
Is it already done? let us know if you still need further assistance.Best regards,
NikkoHey MAKSIMS,
Thanks for providing the link.
I could not see any js errors in the web console, so I’m not sure why it’s behaving like that.
In Enfold > Performance, can you try to disable Javascript file merging and compression?Best regards,
NikkoDecember 19, 2019 at 4:07 pm in reply to: WPML language switcher breaks alignment in mobile context-menu #1167783Hi filz51,
If it’s not applying when adding to style.css, you may need to clear your browser’s cache.
If that doesn’t work, it’s most likely a caching issue or maybe css minification.
As for social shares, there’s a bug with the icons, please refer to the solution: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/missing-icons-after-updating-to-wordpress-5-3-1-and-maintenance-releases/
Hope it helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi lennartvdb,
Yes you can, just use a child theme and follow the instructions here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#add-elements-to-alb
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi zqmaqma,
Thanks for providing us admin access.
However you are using a really old version of Enfold (3.5.3), the latest version is 4.6.3.1, can you try to backup your site and then do the update via ftp, you can find the instructions here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp
You will also need to update your wordpress version, however be aware also that you will need to have your php version to be atleast 5.6.3 or above. WordPress recommends using php 7.3Best regards,
NikkoHi rafaelmontilla,
I have modified this page (2 special headings and a textblock): http://www.oasisadultdaycare.com/1-principal/
I didn’t have any issues, if I missed anything please let us know.
Also if you can give us the steps you do to reproduce the issue you mentioned, please do so.Best regards,
NikkoDecember 19, 2019 at 3:29 pm in reply to: Container duplicate website does not keep the same dimensions #1167775Hi marcoabis81,
Can you try to check it again? it’s now on the same width on my end.
In the Italic Enfold Theme Options, I tried to add.responsive .container { max-width: 1310px; }After inspecting the link you gave the css was regenerated and was producing the right width, so I removed the code I added and that seems to have fixed the issue.
Let us know if it’s fixed on your end as well.Best regards,
NikkoHi vollstark,
