You don’t need to buy the theme again to get the updated version of theme, you just need to login to themeforest using the account you used to purchase Enfold and download the theme from there.
Also, you just need to purchase the support extension for Enfold in themeforest, so you can access and create thread in our forum.
It’s not possible to do automatic updates from Enfold 2.2 to 4.7.5 because envato has changed from using API key (used in 2.2) to using tokens (4.7.5)
You’ll most likely need to do the following to update it:- Backup your site, put it in maintenance mode using a third-party plugin
- Switch to a default wordpress theme, like twenty-twenty
- Download the latest Enfold theme from themeforest then unzip the file
- In your WordPress Dashboard, go to Themes then upload enfold.zip (should be inside the generated folder when you unzip the file downloaded from themeforest
- Install and Activate Enfold (or the child theme if you’re using one) and remove the maintenance mode

What version of Enfold are you using? if you’re using an old version of the theme, then I’m afraid that there will be issues with PHP 7.2.
However, the latest versions released by Enfold should be able to work properly with PHP 7.2 (even 7.3).
Maybe for now you can downgrade back to PHP 5.6, then maybe tell us what version of Enfold you’re using so we can provide a copy in which you can compare and you can document the modifications that you have made and then put it in a child theme.Best regards,

That’s the only way to do it, just like other page builders and unfortunately, having the feature that you would like would take a lot of changing with the theme’s core.
If you have similar patterns or similar elements used then you can make use of creating a WordPress Page Template, then have run the enfold shortcodes in that template and the changing values of the shortcodes can be filled in by the custom field, though it may take quite a bit of code to do that.Best regards,

I have checked the backend and I apologize I wasn’t able to mention that Enfold does have Color Section in the Avia Builder but no Content Section.

Can you tell us what options are in the Content Section that is not in the Color Section? maybe a screenshot of it and it’s available settings would help for comparison.

I see and you’re right it’s a normal behavior on browsers.
The scrollbar occupies about 17px.

For the instagram widget alignment in the footer, please add this CSS code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

When you set the header size to 240px, this also includes setting the main menu item’s height to 240px, that’s why it’s appearing far below.
I would suggest using the slim header size and then instead use some CSS to increase only the size of the logo.Best regards,

I have checked this with a Chrome browser, the container width and inner padding seems to be consistent on my end 1250 maximum width with left and right inner padding of 50px on the pages mentioned and other pages showing in the main menu tab. Can you try to clear the browser cache?

Unfortunately, you can’t add the Avia builder, however, if the custom content field uses something like classic editor, you should be able to see the magic wand icon which contains shortcodes for the enfold elements that you want to use.

Please try to use this CSS Code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:

1. image_url needs to be replaced with the correct image url for that page.
2. On the last 2 blocks of code you’ll notice they are almost the same except for the number, that number represents the page ID so you’ll need to modify it since we won’t know the correct page ID on your site.
If you need to use another logo for another page, you can copy the same code (the last block) then replace the page ID number and image url and that should be good.

Unfortunately, our instagram widget uses web scraping but doesn’t work for some people.
To be able to use an instagram feed, please use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/ then set the required settings.
Go to the ALB Editor and under Plugin Additions (tab) you should find Instagram Feed element, please use this instead.Best regards,
