Thanks for giving us admin access.
I tried to import the demo but I’m getting 500 Internal Error from admin-ajax.php.
Next step I made was to import via XML in which images are also not imported but pages have been imported, then imported the Theme Option settings.
Unfortunately after that any attempt to change anything in the setting results in Saving didn’t work (in admin-ajax, it’s giving 500 Internal Server Error).
Please request from your webhost to increase memory limit.

It’s a long process on adding a class to the logo image.
Can you tell us the purpose for that? if you’ll need to add a class for styling or for javascript, you should be able to target it using .logo img

I have checked your site and I can see those icons are served via CDN: https://secureservercdn.net/
Please disable CDN, if you’re on Godaddy there’s a setting that you can turn off ( based on another enfold users who had similar issue: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/social-icons-not-showing-6/ )
if you can’t find it or not using godaddy then you can try to ask for your hosting provider to do it.

Woocommerce Subscriptions isn’t bundled with the theme, the only plugin bundled in Enfold is layerslider.
The only Woocommerce related plugin (which is recommended in our demo) is Woocommerce Bookings.
Since Woocommerce Subscriptions is developed by the woocommerce theme, I suggest asking for support from Woocommerce support.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Can you try to install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ ? since WordPress 5.5 has been released there’s a lot of issues that shows up, the common issue is the removal of jQuery migrate which affects a lot of sites, and this was the fix WordPress made as a temporary solution.

I have checked it and can see many js errors in the web console and have found out that the issue is caused by the Essential Grid plugin.
After installing and activating https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ the errors were gone and the page builder is working properly.
