Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Wordpress 5.5 has remove jQuery migrate file, to temporarily fix this, please install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
The latest version of Enfold (4.7.6.3) has already patched those issues, once you have updated to the latest version you won’t need that plugin anymore unless some plugins needs the jquery migrate file.

I have checked it and noticed that you are still using Enfold 4.5.5, whats app icon has been added in version 4.6.
Please update it to the latest version so you’ll have that icon but make sure to have a backup first.

You’re still using Enfold 3.8 which is already an outdated version.
The current version is Enfold 4.7.6.3, and you won’t be able to update it via Theme Options because Envato has already disabled updates via API key and is now using tokens, so it’s not possible to do using the usual process, that’s why I suggested the solution above.
Also since you are updating from a very old version, I would highly suggest a backup as unexpected issues might arise.

Seems like your CSS is loaded a bit later which causes this issue, please try to go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, then add this CSS code:

#top #wrap_all .all_colors h1 {
    font-size: 36px;
    line-height: 1.1em;
    font-weight: 700;
    text-transform: none;
}

CSS codes that run here are internal and loaded at the head (not recommending to put a lot of code here).

Try to use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/ and do the following steps:

1. Make sure this plugin is installed and activated.
2. Download zip file of your theme’s most recent version.
3. Log in to WordPress as and Admin and go to Appearance > Themes.
4. Click on the ADD NEW button.
5. Click on the UPLOAD THEME button.
6. Click BROWSE and choose your zip file you downloaded.
7. Click the INSTALL NOW button.

If it fails for some reason, you can do manual updating via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp (I would suggest via cPanel since FTP is slow)

Thanks for giving us admin access as well as the video to show the issue.
I created a separate page (private content) that is based on your homepage and added a gallery and some elements but it works on my end.
Try to right-click on any part of your backend then click Inspect and check the Console tab and see if there are any js errors that contribute to the issue.
I also noticed you are already using WordPress 5.5.1 but Enfold version is still 4.5.5, please update it to the latest version which is 4.7.6.3 which contains patches for WordPress 5.5.
In order to test these things out first without affecting your live site, I suggest creating a staging site first and test there first, here’s a simple tutorial: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
