Only enfold theme files are overwritten during the theme update and does not include settings as it is saved in the database.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Go to Users > Temporary Logins, then click on the Link (chain) icon on the right side.
It should produce a link similar to the one in private content.

I have checked it and it seems hard to try to figure out the issue since there are many plugins.
Can you try to flush out the cache and deactivate all plugins then check? if it fixes the issue, just enable them one by one to know which one is causing.
If not then please try to create a staging site, where we can try to deactivate everything and isolate the issue.

Thanks, I have checked it as well.
I think the only difference it the htaccess.
Can you try to remove it on one of your live site? I think there might be some built-in caching that’s preventing the change to take effect immediately in the live site.

I have checked your site and noticed that you are still using Enfold 3.8 while your WordPress version is the latest 5.5.1.
The issue is incompatibility, the only fix I could recommend is to update to the latest version of Enfold which is 4.7.6.3 however it also runs with a lot of risks and potentially cause your site to be messed up. I would suggest creating a stage site first, then update Enfold to the latest version there and check if there are any issues, if there’s none then proceed to updating the live site, if there are issues then document the issues and post here so we can help with it then proceed to updating the live site then apply fixes.

I apologize, I forgot that the issue was showing when adding a new Page.
This is now fixed, it’s not an Enfold issue but vr_posts ID was not using Auto-increment.

Thanks for giving us admin access, however, since Theme Editor is disabled I could not check the theme files.
But since you’re not using a child theme, we advise using one so that this tweak will not be removed during the Theme Update.
Please use this child theme: https://ufile.io/mur19ucs (it contains the tweak for the loop-search.php file)
Then please follow the instruction in https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/ Install a child theme from your WordPress dashboard
The CSS instructed in https://kriesi.at/support/topic/add-featured-image-to-search-results/ is already added in your Quick CSS.
