Hey RiseValInfotech,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoHi JantienM,
We’re happy to hear that :)

NikkoHi soniavoice,
I have checked on the links you mentioned and I could see the pictures above the title clearly.
Can you try to clear your browser cache?Best regards,
NikkoHi Saru82,
Please backup your site first, then try to do the following steps (this is just a workaround):
1. Login to ThemeForest and download the Enfold theme, right-click over the downloaded zip file and extract/unzip it.
2. It should generate a new folder, open it and look for the enfold folder
3. Right-click the enfold folder then zip it, here’s a tutorial on how to create a zip file in windows: https://www.howtogeek.com/668409/how-to-zip-and-unzip-files-on-windows-10/ (this should create enfold.zip
4. Log in to WordPress as and Admin.
5. Install and activate a maintenance plugin and put your site in Maintenance mode.
6. Go to Appearance > Themes, switch to a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty then delete Enfold.
7. Click on the ADD NEW button.
8. Click on the UPLOAD THEME button.
9. Click BROWSE and choose enfold.zip file
10. Click the INSTALL NOW button and switch to Enfold or your child theme.
11. Remove the maintenance mode then deactivate and remove the maintenance plugin.Best regards,

NikkoHi Erwin,
I see, can you give us links so we can try to have the same setup and try to give some code that might help?
Using this format: link – how breadcrumb should be structured
Example:
mywebsite.com/blog/article1 – home > blog > seo
mywebsite.com/blog/article2 – home > blog > design
You can post it in private content.Best regards,
NikkoHi beaw1nner,

Yes, the background seems shaking in Internet Explorer and it seems to be a bug with Internet Explorer with background-attachment set to fixed.
This is the workaround that I found: https://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/solving-the-ie11-fixed-background-bug/
Microsoft seems to have already shifted from Internet Explorer to Microsoft Edge, but if you have customers that is still using Internet Explorer then please try the solution.Best regards,
NikkoHey Vera T.,

NikkoHi beaw1nner,
The problem with your token most likely are the permissions for the token.
Please check the following:
– View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
– View your Envato account username
– View your email address
– View your account profile details
– Download your purchased items
– Verify purchases of your item
– List purchases you’ve madeFor further information on this, please refer to our documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
NikkoHi phoenixdivers-kohlanta,
I tested your child theme on my local install and it works properly.
Since you mentioned the issue when activating the child theme, can you give us FTP access on it? so we can quickly restore it if we try to switch to the child theme.Best regards,

NikkoHi Anna,
Is it possible to direct us to a solution with a code and for: a redirect after registration on this site: https://yuppie.bg/wp-login.php?action=register to this page: https://yuppie.bg/moyat-profil/
The only hook I could find that should help with this is https://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API/Filter_Reference/registration_redirect (without a plugin). The documentation also shows an example on how to use it.We recently updated the topic from 4.4.1 to the latest version. Could this be the reason?
You can try to test it with the default WordPress theme to know if Enfold may be interfering with the process, but as far as I know, Enfold does not interfere with it.Best regards,
NikkoHi Filipp,
I have checked on the sites in the screenshot and one is using the latest version 4.7.6.4 and the other one is using 4.5.6.
For the other question, can you give us the link of both pages mentioned? so we can inspect further and try to give a much more accurate answer.Best regards,
NikkoHi tlscaliti,
I see, themeforest’s legacy API keys aren’t working anymore and tokens are used instead.
Enfold 4.2’s backend still uses the legacy API key for updates which is not working anymore that’s why you’re not getting any updates.
You can see our changelog here, to track the versions: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/changelog/
To update to the latest version of Enfold you can do the following (since you are using a staging site, you can skip the maintenance part, only do it on the live site):
11. Remove the maintenance mode then deactivate and remove the maintenance plugin.
Once update is done, generate an envato token and register your theme so you can check for new updates and update it via theme options, check further information on this here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/ (do this on the live site, no need for the stage site)Best regards,
NikkoHi MarcassinFou,
Are you referring on the weight of the font in the post/article title in this page (link in private content) ?
You can redefine it in Enfold > Advanced Styling.Best regards,
NikkoHi Konstantin,
Yes, I understand and I apologize, I didn’t expect an error 500 after activating the child theme.
Best regards,
NikkoHey ATB_IO,
Can you try the solution posted on our documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/icon/#icons-are-showing-as-rectangular-boxes-
If that does not work, then please remove it, then since those icons are served via CDN: https://secureservercdn.net/
Please disable CDN, if you’re on Godaddy there’s a setting that you can turn off ( based on another enfold users who had similar issue: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/social-icons-not-showing-6/ )
if you can’t find it or not using godaddy then you can try to ask for your hosting provider to do it.Best regards,
NikkoHi MarcassinFou,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have checked your site and it seems to be already updated to the latest version.
As for the 2nd question, it is mandatory for sites that have EU clients to have a privacy policy which you can define/make in the link in private content, since you don’t have one at the moment, that’s why it’s appearing. The next thing that needs to be done is to setup a popup window/notification to inform the visitors that the site is using cookies (to comply the EU cookie law), you can set this in Enfold > Privacy and Cookies.Best regards,
NikkoHi Filipp,
1. As more options have been requested and added, organizing those settings into several groups had been made. You should still be able to see those options in other tabs.
2. Follow @cherrmann’s instruction :)
@cherrmann thanks for helping out :)Best regards,
