Hey Alex,

Did you download the “Installable WordPress file only” or “All files & documentation”?
If it’s the Installable WordPress file only, then it should be good, otherwise, please give us temporary admin credentials and post it in private content (so it’s only visible to you and all moderators)
If it’s the All files & documentation, then you would need to extract it, inside the folder, there’s an enfold folder, zip this and use it to upload.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

The reason why it’s not showing in both mobile and pc (only when you’re not logged in) is because the page is set to private.
I have set it to public and it shows properly.

Thanks for pointing it out.
I have uncommented this code:

add_action('init', 'register_script');

Then commented some code in ajax.js and it worked properly, so I put all your js code inside a self-invoking function:

(function () {
  // your code is inside here
})();

And it seems to work properly.

It’s not necessarily your code but codes generated by Enfold and also merging these existing js files caused issues (but the js files individually does not have an issue).
In most cases, this is just a temporary issue and when this happens just set it to Disable – no Javascript file merging and compression and leave it for some time then enable it again.

Thanks for providing the screenshots.
There were some js errors in the console.
In Enfold > Performance > Javascript file merging and compression, then set this to Disable – no Javascript file merging and compression fixed the issue.
Newer js files aren’t fetched unfortunately so it might be better to wait for few days then enable this feature again.

Thanks for giving us admin access and we apologize for the delay.
It seems to work properly now (I believe the issue may be caching), here are the steps that I done (and the results on the right):
1. Go to pages and click on Edit on one of the pages (tested with multiple pages) – spinners are loading endlessly
2. Go to plugins, in Enable jQuery Migrate Helper, clicked Diagnostica and switched to enfold – page builder worked properly
3. Switched to child theme – page builder worked properly
4. Enabled the plugins one by one (until all is enabled) – page builder still worked properly
5. Disable troubleshooting mode – page builder still worked properly
