I don’t believe that the custom solution can work showing 2 reCaptcha’s on the same page, I couldn’t find that this was ever the case. Rewriting the custom solution would require more coding than we can offer here. As a solution try disabling the sidebar contact form on your contact page, as they would not both be needed. To do so you could use a plugin such as Widget LogicBest regards,

Thank you for including the admin login info, but I was unable to get to the admin login screen, do you have a custom login address, or security plugin that is blocking some IP addresses?
Please check and advise.Since I can’t see the error I’m not sure if updating via FTP is the solution. But you should be able to download the theme from your Theme Forest account.

The difference between the two posts on your categories page is because one is built with the advanced layout builder and the other is built using the default editor.
The default editor has a built in layout and style, while the advanced layout builder doesn’t. This is so you can customize how the advanced layout builder looks with the elements.
To only show the date on your category pages, Try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field:.archive .text-sep.text-sep-date,.archive .blog-categories.minor-meta,.archive .text-sep.text-sep-cat,.archive .blog-author.minor-meta {display:none !important;}
For the next question about the layout of the two posts, The difference between them is again because one is built with the advanced layout builder and the other is built using the default editor.
For the last question, the featured images don’t show on category pages, but images in the posts do if they are built with the default editor.Best regards,

Are they the animated icons that appear as you scroll though the page? If so your mobile browser may not be allowing js by default, check the settings.

You can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have created in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/Or, You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.

I looked at your site and it seems you went back to v3.0.8? Did you restore from a backup?
I recommend that you ask your host what PHP version is installed, wordpress is recommending v7

Ok, so no gmail or yahoo, the email is going to your server, and no spam assassin on your server.
Lets try using the WP Mail Logging plugin to see if your site is sending the emails and if there are any errors.
Please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look and run some tests.
I will try using the plugin and change the email to my address temporarily to find the error.

But I would recommend using this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field instead, (assuming it is for your team page)

To change the language please check the WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General > Language of the website
I try to change it for you, and think I picked the right one “Deutsch” but please check all setting, sorry.
I’m not sure that you would want to import the theme settings, before it looked like the default theme, and the demo imported the “Shop” settings and colors?To solve I had to change the “table prefix” in your wp-config.php to match the database.
I have had many people tell me the same about Strato Support, and for some reason Strato seems to be the only host that has this issue.Best regards,

Well this is very strange, I have uploaded the files and database but it is still not working. I really don’t know why as I’ve done this a few times with no issue.During the normal demo import you get this error: “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)”
I guess you will have to ask Strato why you have a internal server error.Sorry I wish I had better news.

The link is a social icon for “500” To remove please go to Enfold Theme Options > Social Profiles > Your social profiles and remove it from there.
Or if you wish, Try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field:li.social_bookmarks_five_100_px {display:none !important;}

You are getting the error: Uncaught Error: reCAPTCHA placeholder element must be empty
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
