Hey there;
I have Enfold theme version 3.8 and would like to get an update. How do I do that? I uploaded my API key in the ‘theme update’ folder but my theme is still the 3.8 version.
Please let me know!

OK, I actually was able to update the Enfold theme by adding my API to the ‘Theme Update’ portion of Enfold. Now I have another issue. I have the new ‘Tab Section’, which is why I wanted the update – I really like the new Tab Section, except when I add it to my website, the tab writing is REALLY small and spears on the left corner of the tab banner. Also, the banner is very small.Hi there! I just made another update to our Enfold theme and this time, we have a search bar placed vertically on almost all pages. Also, the footer is gone!
Please help! We love Enfold but the website looks awful after the update.Hi,
Can you please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look.
How did you update, via FTP or the admin panel

Do you recall disabling the layerslider? Odd that I don’t see it. Can you also include ftp access and access to PHPmyAdmin in the cPanel?Best regards,

I do not recalling disabling the layerslider. I am not sure what the access is to php. Would that be with our GoDaddy account?

I can give you access to our GoDaddy account as well, but that manages 3 websites and the others are working fine

Hi,
No don’t install layerslider, it’s built into Enfold and it’s suppose to show. I’m just asking to figure out what the godaddy people did. I’m thinking that re-uploading the theme will solve the issue, or cause the original error to occur again.
If so I will need FTP access to solve the error.

MikeHey Mike, wow, you went far beyond what I expected. Thank you so much for fixing my issue. We have another website, http://www.qslafoundation.org, and will definitely purchase the Enfold theme for it as well.
