Thank you, I was able to login. I found that your PHP Version is 5.4.45
This could be a reason that you are having trouble, because Enfold recommends PHP Version: 5.6 as a minimum, v7 would be better.
Please ask your webhost to update your PHP.
Let us know once this is done and we’ll continue with installing the 2017 Demo.

Sorry, I don’t recall seeing a caption area in the lightbox, just the title & number. But there is also a “copyright” box that shows a “caption” under the image, but not in lightbox.

Please try updating WordPress first, then update the theme via ftp.
Please note that if you update via FTP, you will need to remove the old theme folder “enfold” first (via FTP) then upload the new “enfold” folder at /wp-content/themes/enfold/
Please don’t try to overwrite the theme folder, as this will leave old files behind and cause errors.

I tried to take another look, but the page we were working on seems to be gone now, so I looked at your home page but it doesn’t have the same padding. I check to ensure that it wasn’t using the code from above, and it was not.

I took another look at the combo widget and see that a new option for the third and forth tabs, there is now the option to have No Content:

When these are picked the tabs don’t show at all, please give this a try.

Sorry to hear you are facing this, typically those would be how to increase the PHP memory limit but some web hosts do it differently, and doing it wrong will give you the error 500, or white screen. I recommend asking your webhost to assist because they know your server and the right way to do it.
While they are at it, here are all of the setttings we recommend:
PHP Version: 7.0.x (v5.6 minimum)
PHP Time Limit: No limit
PHP Memory Limit: 256M
PHP Post Max Size: 50M
PHP Max Upload Size: 20M

Typically Enfold installs on a webhost with no issues, but if your host is no help please tell us the name of your host so we can recommend how to change the PHP settings for your host.
