Hey Michael,
Sorry for the late reply, the dev team has looked into this and reports that WP 5.1 changed the return value of a function _wp_link_page which breaks our pagination link. They said to replace /enfold/framework/php/function-set-avia-frontend.php
with this file
please keep a backup of the original file while you test.
Please let us know if this helps.Best regards,
MikeHi,
Sorry for the trouble, but your shortcode doesn’t work for me. I thought the plugin was linked in the documentation, I’ll have to take another look.Best regards,
MikeHi,
search.php, but it pulls the “pages” sidebar
You should be able to add videos to the product description.Best regards,

MikeMarch 3, 2019 at 6:01 pm in reply to: Previous and next post navigation – want to add another 2 categories #1073980Hi,
I took another look and found that I made an error with tring to use “else if” & “else” and the same time, I have now corrected it.
You should know that the css in the Quick CSS is not in use now, I have removed it so it won’t be confusing.
In your css function code you were missing a closing bracket, I added it for you, now you can see what code to copy if you want to do it again.
The function for adding a class was correct
Unless there is anything else we can assist with on this issue, shall we close this then?Best regards,
MikeMarch 3, 2019 at 5:13 pm in reply to: "neuestesn Beiträge" im Footer überschneiden sich + Bilder unterschiedlich groß #1073977Hi,
To change the font size for mobile, please try is css:@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { h3.entry-title a { font-size: 12px !important; line-height: 12px !important; } }Please adjust the font size to suit.
Best regards,
MikeHi,
Glad to hear, please be sure to delete the “enfold-old” directory via FTP so it’s not confusing the next time you update.
I assume we can close this now, but I like to ask. Shall we close this then?Best regards,
MikeHi,
Ok, I found that the merged css had the logo float to the right, I added css to float left and then clear my browser cache.
Please clear your browser cache and check.Best regards,
MikeHi,
Thank you for the FTP access, I renamed your current theme to “enfold-old” then I uploaded the new “enfold” and checked that your site is working correctly. Please also check for yourself.
Once you are happy you, (or I) can delete the “enfold-old” via ftp, (not the WP theme page)
Should for some reason you wish to roll-back to the old version, it’s easy to do, simply rename the new “enfold” to “enfold-new” via ftp and then rename “enfold-old” to “enfold” then refresh your page.It looks like the shortcode is now working, Please see the screenshot in Private Content area. Please clear your browser cache and check.
As for the membership I looked at the documentation here and it says: Membership access is granted for any paid order (status is ‘processing’ or ‘complete’). but you can change it so that only completed orders are allowed. Please read the documentation (link above) to change this.
Best regards,
MikeHey 3Vosjes,
Sorry for the late reply, and thank you for the FTP access, I tried to update your site twice but it crashed, I was able to recover but I don’t see why it would crash.
I had got a 500 server error, please ask your webhost if they can see in the server log at about the time of this post, what happened.
If you want to let your webhost see the error then have them use the FTP access, and renamed your current theme from “enfold” to “enfold-old” then rename “enfold-new” to “enfold” then refresh your web page.To roll-back to the old version, simply rename the new “enfold” to “enfold-new” via ftp and then rename “enfold-old” to “enfold” then refresh your page.
If they can’t figure out the error, then ask to change your PHP to v7 (your using v7.2 now) and disable all plugins, then I would try again.
Best regards,
MikeHi,
Thank you for the FTP access, The dev team found an issue with the shortcodes and gave us an updated theme to solve this with. I renamed your current theme to “enfold-old” then I uploaded the new “enfold” and checked that your site is working correctly. Please also check for yourself.I used the line separator between the video and the course content grid on the page that you posted about above as the text to see if the shortcodes are working, and they seem to be now.
Once you are happy you, (or I) can delete the “enfold-old” via ftp, (not the WP theme page)

MikeHey lpramadesign,
Sorry for the late reply, If you deleted the posts, pages, portfolio items, & products there would not be any other hidden content to the demo. Unless a image was linked to the online demo, but I don’t think that is true.
I would take a look for you if you wish and you included a admin login, but if you check each of those post types you should be fine.Best regards,

MikeMarch 2, 2019 at 11:47 pm in reply to: Changing german text to englisch in blog comment function #1073781Hey transformmedia,
Sorry for the late reply, I took a look at your page and wrote the function to replace the 3 lines of text and the button:

Try adding this code to the end of your functions.php file in Appearance > Editor:function custom_script(){ ?> <script> (function($){ $(document).ready(function(){ $("label[for='wp-comment-cookies-consent']").text("Cookies Consent"); $("label[for='subscribe_comments']").text("Subscribe Comments"); $("label[for='subscribe_blog']").text("Subscribe Blog"); $("input[type='submit']#submit.submit").val("Button Text"); }); })(jQuery); </script> <?php } add_action('wp_footer', 'custom_script');Please adjust the text in the code above to suit.
Best regards,
MikeHi,
We recently discovered an issue with some shortcodes that seem similar to your issue. The dev team has created a release to address this and I believe that it may help you also. Please see the link in the Private Content area.
Please follow these steps, extract the zip and upload via FTP to your theme folder as “enfold-new”, then change your current theme folder to “enfold-old”, then change this one to “enfold” and refresh your site and check for the error.
If your site crashes, change the new one back to “enfold-new” and your old one back to “enfold”
If all goes well and it solves the error, and you are happy, then delete “enfold-old” via FTP – Not through the WordPress theme settings.Best regards,
MikeHi,
Sorry for the late reply, and thanks for the screenshot, is this the url that you are trying to use?open" id="_portfolio_custom_link_url" name="_portfolio_custom_link_url"/>This doesn’t look like it’s formated correctly
I tried to test by adding a “portfolio grid” element to my page, and then for one portfolio item I added a iframe link to the “Overwrite Portfolio Link setting”

http://kriesi.at?iframe=truethen when I clicked the portfolio item it opened a website in a iframe:

Are these the same steps that you followed?Best regards,

Sorry for the late reply, I took a look at your site but I see that you don’t have any blog posts, so I couldn’t find any “read more” tags, or “KARRIERE”
Please advise.Best regards,
MikeMarch 2, 2019 at 10:27 pm in reply to: WooCommerce, Enfold, Shortcodes and after_theme_setup #1073749Hey Kevin,
Sorry for the late reply, we recently had a issue with shortcodes not working on some pages & widgets, I wonder if this is related.
In the Private Content area please find a new version of Enfold with a patch applied, please try installing it to see if this corrects your issue.
If all goes well and it solves the error, and you are happy, then delete “enfold-old” via FTP – Not through the WordPress theme settings.Best regards,
MikeHey tremblayly,
Sorry for the late reply, Please try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field or in the WordPress > Customize > Additional CSS field:input[type='submit']#wp-submit.button { color: #fff !important; }Best regards,
MikeHi,
When I look at your page the title font is 30px & the breadcrumbs are white in Chrome,
Please see the screenshot in Private Content area.
Please clear your browser cache and check, or perhaps I misunderstood the request?Best regards,
MikeHi,
Sorry for the late reply, if I understand correctly, you would like your logo to have a minimum height of 250px, but you also don’t want any extra space between the logo and the menu.
Please try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field or in the WordPress > Customize > Additional CSS field:span.logo img { min-height: 250px !important; } .html_header_top.html_header_sticky #top #wrap_all #main { padding-top: 300px !important; } #header_main .av-logo-container { min-height: 250px !important; height: 250px !important; }Best regards,
MikeHey studiohf,
Sorry for the late reply, I took a look at your site, but you don’t seem to be using Enfold, nor do you have it installed, so I can’t really assist you. If you choose to use Enfold, please let us know.Best regards,
