We have solved the problem. Some 404 error of external loading font files (wrong path) was the problem. Now it works perfect as usual :)
Hi Marijn,
same with my website. I had to create a new Facebook Page Access Token and place it in settings. After that it works.
Simply browse to this address: https://axentmedia.com/facebook-access-token/ and create a new Facebook Page Access Token and replace it with your current Facebook Token within the Social Board Settings page.
Best regards,
Marcel
(JONGO Webagentur)Hello Marijn,
please try this:
1. From WP Dashboard, go to Social Stream > Stream Settings > Enabled Layouts tab.
2. Set the “JS Assets Position” option to “Header” and “20”.The “Uncaught Error: No layout mode: packery” problem is where the Isotope package within Avia theme is conflicting with the same Isotope package used in the AX Social Stream plugin.
Best regards,
Marcel- This reply was modified 6 years, 1 month ago by Mathuseo.
Hi Dude,
where did you correct the absolute URL? There is a small mistake in your absolute URL (/wp/ is missing) an I want to correct this.
Edit: Temporary I have disabled “CSS file merging and compression” in Enfold performance settings. If you enable, you can see the wrong absolute URL to the font files at the bottom of the avia-merged-styles.css file.
Thanks,
Marcel- This reply was modified 6 years, 3 months ago by Mathuseo.
Hi Dude,
thanks for your answer.
1.) Perfect. It is working now.
2.) I will fix that.
3.) Is it new (not the plugin, rather that I have to use the plugin). Reason: Everything works fine until the last update. If I create a new English version of a German page “Masonry Galery” works fine without the plugin. Only the pages with “Masonry Galery” I had created before the update(s) do not work anymore. Please see both links in private content.I saw another bug: Media element “Masonry Galery” is working on German version but not on English version. See the links in private content. In my post before I have sent you login credentials for WP admin.
Any idea what went wrong? English content version is a 1:1 copy from German content, just with translated text. No idea why Masonry Galery i not shown on English version.
Hi Ismael,
I have added the @font-face {} to style.css in child theme folder.
The CSS for h1-Headline I have added in Enfold settings > styling > fonts > Quick CSS for both languages.Best regards,
MarcelI think so too.
What we need is a solution like the plugin WP Comment Policy Checkbox offers.
Maybe some code ideas for comments.php?
Hi Ismael,
thanks but I did not unterstand how to add the checkbox to comment forms. Can you explain it again? Where should we add a new element? In edit page for single posts? In Enfold settings? In single.php?
I have tried the plugin “WP Comment Policy Checkbox” (https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-comment-policy-checkbox/). But that does not work with Enfold theme.
Hope to here from you soon.
Thanks.
You’re support is amazing! Thank you very much!
I downgrade back to older Enfold version, because the provider can not provide a better php version than 5.2. By update to newest Enfold version the website crashed. By downgrade back (ftp files) frontend is running fine. But backend still crashed (500 error). Not sure why.
I will change the provder now, but that needs some days.
Because I need backend access I hope someone can help. Frontend works fine. Backend not access (500 error).

December 4, 2017 at 12:02 pm in reply to: Problems with Full-Width-Slider on Safari (iPad and iPhone) #884597@Joni Fleischer: That solved the problem, many thanks!
After changing the slideshow image scrolling to Parralax the full-width-slider is working fine now on the iPhone as well!
Thanks for sharing these information @Joni Fleischer.- This reply was modified 7 years ago by Mathuseo.
November 30, 2017 at 4:04 pm in reply to: Problems with Full-Width-Slider on Safari (iPad and iPhone) #883479Addition: We use the same setup in the both links I added as private content.
First URL: Slider does not work with iPhone
Second URL: Slider works with iPhoneSame setup. The shortcodes for template are copy and pasted. Where is the difference between the both sliders in these both pages, when they copy and pasted and so exactly the same?
November 30, 2017 at 3:06 pm in reply to: Problems with Full-Width-Slider on Safari (iPad and iPhone) #883459Hi Ismael,
thanks, but unfortunately I still do not unterstand what the problem is :( The images are with 736 x 1063 px still perfect for the full-width-slider in mobile view. On normal pages it works great on iPhone. In popup-container it doesn’t work. So the problem must be the slider in the popup-container, or am I wrong? What should I change in CSS for the popup-container, that the slider images are cover the screen? If “the image will cover the entire container”, as you wrote, it means, this container is not width: 100% and height: 100%?

November 29, 2017 at 11:28 am in reply to: URGENT: Iconfonts does not work with WordPress v4.9 and Enfold v4.2 #882992UPDATE: Interessting. It relates only to the non-https-version of the website. With https it works fine. Because the provider has some trouble with htaccess-file and redirect http=>https we will contact the provder support to fix that.
November 28, 2017 at 7:14 am in reply to: Problems with Full-Width-Slider on Safari (iPad and iPhone) #882525Hi Ismael,
the image sizes actually are 736×1024 (upright). So you would suggest two sliders controlled by screen options?
- First sliders screen options: Hide on all devices except of very small screens (smaller than 479px – eg: Smartphone Portrait) with images with max width of 479 pixel.
- Second sliders screen options:: Hide on all devices except of small screens (between 480px and 767px – eg: Tablet Portrait) with images with max width 767 pixel.
Is that what you mean? Why does the current slider works on Android and in Chrome developer tool (set to iPhone 6) perfect but for iPhone devices I need different sliders with different screen options and image sizes?
November 27, 2017 at 3:49 pm in reply to: Problems with Full-Width-Slider on Safari (iPad and iPhone) #882255Hi Ismael,
thanks for your answer. I think it depends to the link from “Joni Fleischer”. Can you please have a look to my .m-Domain website? I have posted the link as privat content in this post.
With Android the slider works fine. With Safari it does “stretch” the images (does not fit the window size). I have tested it with iPhone 7. Can you please check what goes wrong and how to fix it.
Thanks,

Is the solution (code in parent theme) safe for updates?November 2, 2017 at 6:16 am in reply to: Close mobile menu by clicking on active navigation item #871547Hi Ismael,
thanks for the code and instructions. Unfortunately it does not work.
Enfold was updated to 4.2. Functions in avia.js was replaced. All caches are deleted.I have created a FTP account for you, so please have a look why your code does not work for me.
Thanks,
MarcelOctober 27, 2017 at 9:09 pm in reply to: Question about full-width-slider in popup for iPhone 7 (issue?) #869751Unfortunately we had to delete the full-width-slider in popup on frontpage now, because of an huge event tomorrow. We have to go sure that the website works perfect.
For your study, I have added the full-width-slider to a secret page (1:1 copy of the frontpage). Please have a look with iPhone 7 if the full-width-slider in popup works as you imagine. After you checked and hopefully could help us, we want to reactivate the popup on the frontpage.
Alle details you can find as private data. Also a screenshot of broken full-width-slider with iPhone 7: https://imgur.com/kFXCAgu

October 16, 2017 at 4:11 pm in reply to: Close mobile menu by clicking on active navigation item #864868Hi Victoria,
thanks for your Informations. We did some usability tests and they said, most of the people who enter a subpage by Google (Social Network, …) and are in the use case we discuss, are confused and think something technical is wrong.
Do you know what JS- (or CSS-function) is called for closing the mobile menu?
Thanks,
MarcelOctober 16, 2017 at 5:58 am in reply to: Close mobile menu by clicking on active navigation item #864643Maybe someone will figure out a way to optimize that?
