Hello there Victoria – there is htaccess over the site – with credentials in the private content.
A pop up should appear – add credentials then – and then you should be able to access wp-admin login screen.

Hey there – just an update on this – have bought a layerslider licence and have activated mand have changed the avia setting to suit – now the sliders show in wp-admin – BUT still not loading correctly front end.

Yep. I contacted them when it was happening a couple of Enfold versions back. Issue with Enfold pinging too often. I have over 40 sites using Enfold so pinging even just once a day to check for updates max. out the limit. Painful. So hopefully Enfold support can advise best way forward without manually updating via zip file each time.
All my API tokens have definitely been set and automatic updates from 4.2 >> 4.3 should be possible but due to the download limit in Envato (and the theme pinging too often checking for updates) I get the error.
Will await help from support.
Hey! I have same issue – and it appears to be the same reason I could not update from previous versions to 4.2. Reason being the Envato API pinged too often. I cannot download from Envato either – says I’ve downloaded too often.
I get the following when trying to update from the backend of all WP installs….

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++I cannot access the bought zip file (I have bought Enfold over 40 times) either even with 10 months of support as it says I’ve downloaded too often. Envato support won’t help at all. I’ve tried!
Can I possibly get link access to the 4.3 zip file in private content again? And I will update all installs manually again.

Tina thank you for this. After hours messing about with different higher res images your change worked. If it is set to “fixed” or “parallex” there will be issues on iPads. When set to “scroll” all is good.
Hey there Mike – I’ve uploaded via the zip file above and settings now successfully showing 4.5.1 – but I see now there’s 4.5.2 – when I ‘check for updates’ it says ‘theme is up to date’ – refer to screen shot in private content.
So is it possible to get 4.5.2 via zip file again as per above so I can update and move forward with this. I cannot download from my Envato account to access and have no other way of doing so.
Hey Mike – yes – however I can’t do via ftp either. I can’t access the theme zip file at all – via my Envato account or otherwise – due to this limit. I suppose I could go into one of my other installs that I’ve already done – zip – and download – and use on the next install – but a bit cumbersome.
The annoying thing is I know for a fact I haven’t downloaded it 20 times within the 24 hour period. Super werid. But I still get the “exceeded download limit’ error in my Envato downloads list and in WP backend.
Since sending this in I have contacted Envaot support again requesting the limit be lifted but have not heard back from them.
Just worrying if you release a security update for the theme some time in the future and there’s no way to update all installs I have quickly – or at all.
I see you have your hands full with other forum threads so this is in no way urgent as there’s workarounds but would be great to get a workaround somehow.
That’s great Rikard – yes easy to do a manual link so all good. Great to hear it will be fixed in future.

I have attached a link to two screenshots to show you what I see. Do you see different to the screen shots?
If you see it all working fine then I imagine it must be cache despite me being in private browsing and clearing server end too.
Please advise if you see differently to what I see (screenshots) and I will contact the hosts as it has to be cacheing issue.

Hey there Victoria – yes all fine on a simulator and when I decrease my window size on my browser the images disappear and the text aligns full width after a certain width – which is the desired outcome.
But when looking on an ipad/ipad pro either landscape or portrait it does not display/scroll as it does on a full screendesktop. The text columns on the right hand side remain but then there’s just blank space and half of the last image on the 3rd section.
On an iphone the image cells disappear and the text aligns full width – which would be perfect.

It’s pretty much every page that has the “full Screen Slider” element at the top. BUT only iPad Portrait. Refer to links in private content.
I’ve tested Safari + Chrome on 2 different iPads. Same issue.

I am experiencing exactly the same issue.
I have the latest version of Enfold and it’s happening on all installs. I’ve just deactivated Wordfence and the plugin update notification disappears. “No updates available”. As soon as I reinstall Wordfence, it reappears to show there’s a plugin update available and a Wordfence generated warning that layer slider needs to be updated to 6.2.2. – critical update.
