Hi Rikard,
Thank you, the update fixed it.
There’s no notification on the WP-Dashboard about updating the Enfold theme so I thought I have the updated version.Thanks for the reply. I have now fixed through updating Enfold to latest version.
Wordpress 5.5 and up now includes in its core functionality to replace old theme file with the new zip uploaded so plugin is not necessary anymore.Thank you.
Hi Victoria,
Thank you so much for the help.
It is fixed now!Thanks and regards,
LaurenHi Rikard,
Apologies, I have given you the wrong site, I have updated the Private Area for the correct site.
It should be for this section: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1RYYVlS3im1lDllAcGleQMZzNrISzCYkx
It has a video play button that should popup the vimeo video, but instead it opens to the videos link.Thanks and regards,

Discovered that the email error was due to placing MailTo: (Email address hidden if logged out) code into the space to type. When we only added the email address alone, it resolved the problem.
Thanks,
LM2012Hi,
Try to edit the homepage using thrive architect, wait for it to load and the error will show on the console.
Thanks and regards.
I tried to inspect through the browser console and these errors showed up.

Thanks for responding. :) See private content….
UPDATE: Since last posting this request the code is suddenly working. However the background color is now blue. I would like it to be the default theme color (white). What should I do so that the colored sections on mobile do not turn blue?
Warm wishes,

Ismael:
I have narrowed down the issue as follows:
- Whichever page I assign to as the home page during set up does not work properly. This is happening across all the sites I built and across all hosts.
- If I build a new page, the theme works correctly. I can delete and add elements just as I have always experienced.
- On the home pages with the errors, when I click on an element to edit it, it’s own individual pop-out window and editor pops out. When I go to save the changes in that pop out window it freezes. Nothing happens. (I am now unable to save the entire page properly (press update) or save the work done in an individual element. (this is new as of today))
- If I create a new page and then assign that new page as the new homepage, then that page works correctly. It appears that whichever page I assign first as the homepage gets all messed up.
This has never happened to me with this theme. I’ve been using it for years. You guys do have my login information as well. Were you able to duplicate these errors also?

LM2012

New development – when I try to delete elements from a page and then update the page it brings back the same elements over and over. I have to delete the same elements 3-4 times and update 3-4 times in order for the changes to take effect. This issue has happened to me two separate occasions, but I am not able to reproduce this error every single time. Hope these clues help you figure out what might be causing these issues. :)
Warm wishes,
LM

I wanted to update you on new things I have tried. Created a brand new website on a completely different host. Started from fresh. Tried Chrome and Firefox browsers. Tried 3 different computers each with different browsers.Still having the same issue.

This reply has been marked as private.Hello, my question is about the testimonial slider part of this discussion. I was not sure what you meant by:
Try adding both the large and compact testimonials to your page and then switch to the Text editor and add this to the bottom,
<style type = “text/css”>
.avia-testimonial-wrapper { display: none !important; }
.av-large-testimonial-slider { display: block !important; }
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.avia-testimonial-wrapper { display: block !important; }
.av-large-testimonial-slider { display: none !important; }
}
</style>What I did was add that code to the text editor in the default view. I updated it. Then I went back and activated the Avia Layout Editor and updated that. I also added a large testimonial slider and a compact testimonial slider on top of each other in the layout. When I refreshed the page both the large slider and the compact slider showed up on the webpage (on desktop I only want to see the large slider). On my smartphone, it worked correctly – only the compact slider showed.
So then I went back into the text editor in the default layout editor and the HTML was gone. I was going to delete the code and start over.
Where I am at now: large testimonial slider shows on computer and ipad. No testimonials are showing on my mobile phone.
What I am seeking: I’d like my testimonial sliders to show up on on all devices and computers. I’d like to to look like it fits on mobile. It looks exactly as the original image from above.
Thanks!
LM
Elliott – that did the trick. Thanks for looking into this for me.

Worked Perfectly! Thanks for the instructions and the code.

I added the suggested code and it did not resolve the issue. The issues is that the image is not responsive. I am finding that no matter what size image I add, it does not look good across all devices. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
Warm wishes
Rikard:
I was having the same problem. Used Enfold before in the past and this was not an issue. On the newer installation it happened. Thanks for providing the code. It worked for my site! :)
Warm Wishes!
Thanks for the response, Gunter.
