So the form functions when the styling classes are removed? That may be a function of the email service script. If the script responsible for submission and redirection looks for a specific class string then the added ones could possibly be causing a conflict.

If you haven’t already, I would recommend increasing php memory limit, as well as disabling all active plugins to see if there may not be some sort of conflict.

1) So you are not seeing the dropdown menu link on mobile? I am not able to recreate this.
2) If you added specific css to the site to add additional spacing, the you can just use media queries to make mobile adjustments to it.
