Hi,

Unfortunately, there is no simple way to do this. You can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have created in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.

Looking at the way Passster works here:

I think that if you enable debug mode in the layout builder, you should be able to find the masonry shortcode and wrap it between the passster shortcodes. Refer to the following for enabling debug mode:

Hey BurgersSmokehouse,

If you are running a child theme then I would assume the updates were made there as you mentioned. With that being said, I would say the best course of action is to do a full back-up, and then run the upgrade. If it does not go as planned or fix your issues you can always revert to the back-up.
