How do I add a google Event Snippet to the header of a specific page?

How do I add a google Event Snippet to a specific page for conversion tracking of Google PPC ad campaign.

I’ve read and tried all the forums and solutions I could find here.

Still not triggering. I have several event snippets that needs to be placed in the Header of several pages. Here is a sample code of one of the scripts that need to be placed in the header of a specific page.
