    Wow! Thank you!
    So strange that it didn’t work for me. It does now! Thank you.

    Could you dive in the other issue as well? I think the privacy policy link is not clickable because of the shadow around the blue box. Could that be right?
    I tried increasing the z-index of the link, but without any luck.

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for helping out. Unfortunately I did not see any changes on my mobile device (cache cleared serveral times etc).
    Could somebody take another look, please? I could also use some help with the other issue mentioned in the first post.

    Thanks in advance & have a nice weekend ;)!

    Worked like a charm!

    in reply to: Increase height of topbar + vertical center text. How? #1161051

    I read my last reply and maybe I came of a bit strong. I apologize. And yes, maybe I dont express myself correctly or maybe I dont fully explain the problem.

    However, it’s not just me. I honestly believe that a lot of replies I get are only the half of the solution or are not thorough enough. I can also not share something with you if I don’t realize that it might be relevant. I reread my first post and I tried to explain the situation as good as I could,…

    Also nobody is stopping you to check if your provided CSS impacts the other pages. To me that’s also pretty straight-forward…

    Back on topic:
    The css you provided does not change anything on my end, even after clearing cache and disabling plug-ins.

    I’m considering just having the standard topbar… Who knew increasing the height of something could be so hard…

    Cheers :)

    Thank you for the support!
    This should be the default, no? ( unless it already was and I did something wrong with my custom css :p )

    Hi Vinay,

    Thank you for your time. I can make sense of your explanation, but then I cant stop but think that there might be something else wrong. Why you ask :p?
    Because all my coworkers, friends & the client also don’t see the correct font.

    Also, it really has to become the desired font… Client’s orders! :D
    It’s essential to their branding. They’re using that font everywhere ( brochures, flyers, artwork, … ).

    Could you maybe work your magic one last time and check again?
    Can you yourself see this ‘copperplate’ font when enabled?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hey Victoria,

    Thank you for helping me out. Unfortunately this is not the solution I’m looking for. Please take a look at the screenshot.

    Enfold topbar

    As you can see a part of the bar (under the navigation) disappears.

    in reply to: Navigation is very shaky in IE & FF when scrolling #1159033

    Hi Ismael,

    You can for sure. What do you need to get access to the server?

    Thanks for the help, btw!

    Any news? ^^

    in reply to: Navigation is very shaky in IE & FF when scrolling #1158411

    Hi Ismael,

    I honestly did not add anything special. The website barely has any plugins, no custom scripts, nothing, …
    Your solution does not work either :/

    in reply to: Slider shows underneath under navigation. Need help with CSS. #1157838

    Hi Ismael,

    It is confusing to me to add this CSS, because I do not know if I need to use the other css from other posts.
    I did add your code, cleared cache, and it does not seem to work.

    Would you mind taking another look? If it’s easier for you… you have my permission to fix this directly. I have a backup ready :).

    in reply to: Navigation is very shaky in IE & FF when scrolling #1157831

    Hi Ismael,

    Sorry for inconveniece. Something was wrong the DNS.
    Would you mind checking the navigation again? The error still persists.

    Thank you!

    in reply to: Copperplate font (=by default in Enfold settings) not showing #1157830

    Hi Rikard,

    Thanks for helping me out, as usual.
    Well that is just the thing:

    -If I choose ‘default/standard’ in those settings… I do not get the desired outcome (copperplate)
    -If I choose ‘copperplate’ in those settings… I also do not get the desired outcome (copperplate)
    Nothing really changes when changing these settings. I also checked that it’s showing ‘Helvetica’, the backup font, I guess.

    I checked my Quick CSS and there is nothing.
    I also cleared my cache several times when playing with these settings.

    What to do?

    in reply to: contact form deavtivated error message Google Recaptcha #1156325

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for helping. I did try everything you said on the 3 sites and it does not seem to go away. I also disabled my caching plugin during testing, but no luck…

    Maybe it’s smart to switch to RecaptchaV2 and just ignore V3 for now. Or would this result in the same problem?

    in reply to: Navigation is very shaky in IE & FF when scrolling #1156038

    Hi Ismael,

    Thanks for the reply. It’s not working tho.. I tried to add the id “#full_slider_1”. The navigating still works, but is, as mentioned, very shaky.

    Other suggestions?

    Hi Victoria,
    Thanks for the CSS. It works, however it’s not as smooth as ENFOLD out of the box. I guess it will do for now.
    I found out what is pushing the navigation over the photo below. It’s this line of CSS:

    /* TOPBAR */
    #header_meta {
    min-height: 55px;
    }

    Screenshots of with/without my custom CSS in Quick CSS.

    I guess I’m increasing the height of the topbar in a wrong way? Can somebody help me with adding the correct CSS?

    Guys,

    I really appreciate the help, but this isn’t going anywhere. You’re proposing solutions that don’t fix the issue completely, just partially. This while by default (the default ENFOLD) is as I want it to be.

    The desired effect is:
    – A navigation that is above, not behind, the slider below
    – A logo vertically centered within the navigation

    A possible cause is:
    – My own Quick CSS which is barely anything. Most likely the CSS I used to edit the topbar, although I’m not sure.

    Could somebody please take another look? I honestly thought this would be a quick & easy fix :p.

    Hi Victoria,

    I like it! The solution worked.
    Thanks for the support!

    Yes, sounds perfect.
    But only on desktop, please.

    in reply to: Why can't I update my website? ( pretty urgent :( ) #1147054

    Thank you. Topic can be closed.
    @Rikkard, I finally know how to update. And yes it’s as easy as you always said!

    I do prefere the automatic option tho :D

    This seems to be a step in the right direction. However it does not show the desired result on mobile. Also the logo remains uncentered.

    Maybe it’s not the css I used, but something else? Something with the logo…

    If I remove it the navigation is not in front of the slider anymore. But the logo is still vertically aligned at the top of the navigation container, no matter what I do.… I cant imagine it’s because of something I did with my Quick CSS.

    If I remove all Quick CSS the logo still isn’t centered. So this gives me reason to believe that there is something wrong with the logo or Enfold… I dont know.

    Quick CSS I used:

    /* TOPBAR */
    #header_meta {
    min-height: 55px;
    }

    #top #header_meta {
    background: #a6022e;
    }

    /* Hide Topbar on mobile */
    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
        #header_meta {
            display:none;
        }
    }

    #top #header_meta li {
    border: none;
    margin-top: 13px;
    margin-left: 25px;
    }

    #top #header_meta li a {
    color:#ffffff;
    font-size: 16px;
    font-weight: normal;
    }

    #top #header_meta li a:hover {
    color:#fafafa;
    text-decoration: none;
    }

    Feel free to log-in and see for yourself. It should be fairly straightforward. The error can be seen on the homepage.

    Hi Rikard,

    Thanks for the reply. I have tried it and it’s not working.
    New fact: It seems like the logo isn’t vertically centered anymore in the navigation. It’s always stuck at the top, no matter the height.

    I really believe it’s conflicting with the 3 lines of CSS (to style the topbar) I wrote. Could you take a closer look, please?

    It’s not a solution, but more of a cheeky ‘hide what is broken fix’ :D. I would like to avoid this solution.

    Also: because of this bug, my text isn’t vertically center within the visible part of the slider, you see? So yeah… I’m looking for a solution that lowers the slider so it’s not behind the navigation anymore.

    in reply to: 2 CSS issues #1145795

    Thank you Rikard.

    I used your solution and added
    `#top .av_inherit_color a:hover {
    text-decoration: underline;
    }

    Works perfectly. Topic can be closed ;).

    in reply to: 2 CSS issues #1145681

    Good news: Issue#2 is fixed. This leaves us with Issue#1.

    @Victoria
    : Your CSS (issue#2) worked perfectly. Thank you.

    Would somebody mind taking a look at issue#1?
