Hi Nikko – I decided to restore the site back to the old version and was able to add the maps effectively… I will not be updating to the new version until the bug is fixed. Thank you
Hi Nikko – that’s not my support problem… The problem is that it will not save. The save all changes button just keeps spinning – I left it for 1 hour and it still did not save… It doesn’t work in this area… I can save all changes in other areas of the Enfold theme but not the token field and google maps api field. Please log into my account to try/test. Thank you
Hello – I followed the instructions and successfully installed the latest version, however I am unable to save a token or save the google map API. Tested on several browsers and flushed cache, but the Save all Button just keeps spinning and does not stop…

Hello – I believe it is an Enfold theme issue. I purchased Theme-Punch Revolution Slider to see if this made a difference. Still not working when viewing on desktop Google Chrome browser, iPad and iPhone Safari browser. It works perfectly on desktop Safari and I believe IE (but haven’t tested). I then decided to simply add a Video via Media Elements (without using LayerSlider or Revolution Slider) and still does not work on the browsers listed. Please help as this is becoming rather costly and frustrating. All I require is a simple cover image and a video to load (like Desktop Safari) and for it to be compatible on all devices. Thank you
Hi Victoria – thank you and I took your advice and changed the image sizes. Only issue is with responsive mobile, portrait and landscape, the product titles do not appear, only the last (end) image titles appear – thank you.

Followed your advice and removed Easy Slider. I created a new Layer slide as the other was causing issues. Works great across all devices. Thank you.
